A great learning experience for 3+ hours, with Claude who knows a lot about the different stages of making chocolate. Experience was really hands on and both our kids really enjoyed it. Experience was well worth the money and we learned a lot of the island, the harvest and the overall manufacturing processes. A very enriching experience for all who attended. Claude has a fascinating story and it’s worth getting to know him.

We went as a family of four and was taken through the workshop by Claude in the best way. There was good time and Claude was explaining everything about cocoa and chocolate in such a passionate way. We definitely had the best time here of our trip to Guadeloupe.

I repeat what others have said; this was one of the highlights of our 9 days in Guadeloupe. And not just because I love chocolate; Claude was very informative and like a good teacher - made you even more interested in the subject. I left with an excellent background on the chocolate making process. He was generous with his time and information, as well as being simple a nice man! I highly recommend this tour - well worth it!

I can't give enough praise to this activity. It is so instructive, tasteful and yet so unpretentious. Claude is very relaxed, excellent at transferring knowledge and you can feel he is doing this because he loves it. If there's anything you ever wanted to know about chocolate, from plant to finest table of chocolate, this is the place to go to!

Claude taught us about growing and harvesting cacao and how to make chocolate. We loved every minute of this hands on workshop, touring the plantation, and of course sampling cacao and chocolate. We went with friends - three families with kids ages 7-12. All of the kids participated in every step of the process and we each took home two bars of homemade chocolate at the end.
