Can't recommend Andaman Apnea enough, after many years of free-diving in and around Phuket I've found that Miguel who runs it and teaches the free diving to be one of the most brilliant instructors I've come across. Helped me get to 35m easily! He has a knack for putting you at ease in the water and letting you build slowly... More

Took AIDA4 Star and had a great time. Miguel's experience was instrumental in identifying some basic changes I could make that proved to be major performance boosts. I now feel much more comfortable and I'm having fun using the mono fin, again thanks to Miguel's calm and positive teaching style. Oh yeah diving in beautiful turquoise water and hanging out... I had an amazing time learning to free dive with Miguel and would not hesitate to recommend him. Learning to free dive had been on my 'to do list' for a couple of years and now I have taken the first step I will certainly continue to pursue it. Having completed the AIDA** this summer my target is to reach... More

I was thinking to learn scuba diving, but decided to take a three-day free diving course with Miguel instead. I already knew most of the SCUBA material from reading a book, so I thought free diving would be more interesting since I'd learn a lot more from the experience. Now, one year late, I've learned more than I'd ever expected... More

I couldn't agree more with other reviews. So I won't repeat what people have already said. But I'd like to add something a little more that I personally like. I like that Miguel, the instructor, really knows what he's doing. And he knows exactly how much to push you to get good progress. He neither pushes too hard which might... More

I had my first free diving 'discovery' training last week with Adaman Apnea : one great day with Miguel, I dove at 25m deep, learnt pleinty of new apnea techniques and enjoyed open discussions on this sport with a very professional & highly skilled trainer. I definitely recommend this adress to people seeking for a good free diving training in... More

Miguel is incredibly observant and clearly has a wealth of knowledge. I liked his approach, his humility, his patience and his massive skill set. Without leaving out anything important(especially not safety) he cuts straight to the core issues. I was always amazed at how easily he could tell what i was doing wrong and how to correct it. He pointed... More
