- Stéphane GCollegien, France231 contributionsUnique experienceExcellent experience. We stayed at Lodge BALI, where we were able to observe the magnificent white tigers. The welcome was incredible, the accommodation magnificent. The Zoo is very well maintained, with many species, treated with the greatest kindness. Activated Keeper of a day: to do, we discover the profession of healer but that, I will leave you the surprise.Visited February 2024Traveled with familyWritten February 23, 2024
- polinpeggyMairy-sur-Marne, France224 contributionsWe tested the tiger lodgeWe slept in the lodge with the tigers. The room is magnificent, everything has been thought of to make it comfortable. Dinner is a little surprising in jars but it allows you to enjoy the view and the meal is delicious and plentiful. We are good eaters and we didn't manage to finish everything. In the evening we didn't see too many tigers but in the morning we enjoyed them more. The park is clean and the animals visible. We nevertheless wonder about the size of certain enclosures in comparison to other zoos such as the den. The animations are more or less interesting because the person doing them seems a little jaded. The second day of our rainy stay, only one food outlet open and the most expensive. Good memory nonetheless.Visited February 2024Traveled with familyWritten February 29, 2024
- Le p’tit SchtroumpfsBeijing, China3 contributionsMy night at the zooI stayed in the Arctic Lodge, and I was not disappointed! A magnificent wooden lodge with a traditional chalet atmosphere! I loved the Nordic bath, the water was a marvel, perfect temperature! The bears were there all the time! It was incredible! I highly recommend! The female was always playing in the water! A unique experience ! I really recommend the Arctic Lodge! I just have one thing to complain about in the Nordic bath room at the top, there is an iron beam on the roof! I find that a bit of a shame because it spoils the chalet atmosphere a bit! And the bear Aron turns in circles always making the same gesture like a lion in a cage! I felt a little sorry! But you must not forget that it is an animal so it is not guaranteed that it will do what you expected! And finally, the unforgettable zoo with animals in excellent health! Their enclosure is quite large! And with the Keeper for a day activity, feed the animals! Here I recommend the La Flèche Zoo!Visited March 2024Traveled with familyWritten March 17, 2024
- Stacy B1 contributionUnforgettable “Carer for a Day” experience!!!I had the chance to participate in the “Carer for a Day” activity with my husband a week ago. We were supervised by Elodie who was really great, whether in her welcome, her explanations, in answering our questions.. The half-day program was truly extraordinary!! We prepared enrichments for the coatis, hand-fed the kangaroos, observed the wallabies and emus inside their plains, fed and cleaned the boxes of the capybaras, tapirs and rheas (yes, there is cleaning! as this represents 3/4 of the life of an animal carer you have to expect it), arranged the snack in the lodges of the grizzly bears Ivan and Igor (I had tears in my eyes because it was incredible to see them so close to us), makes an olfactory enrichment directly in the living space of the meerkats and gives celery to the giraffes. In short, a rich and varied program, close to the animals, in an almost deserted park and under the (almost) spring sun. A huge thank you to Zoo de la Flèche for allowing people who are passionate about animals like me to be able to do this activity, it’s an unforgettable experience!! [For your information, we had chosen the “carnivores/herbivores” animal sector. The program of activities and animals around varies depending on the day so this is just to give you an example of what you can expect. ]Visited March 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten March 20, 2024
- Laurence PLamonzie-Saint-Martin, France19 contributionsSuperb place and magnificent lodge!!!Great place!! The zoo is magnificent, very wooded!! Many species of animals, congratulations to the keepers who take care of them and who share their passion during the activities. We had rented a lodge with the lions, magnificent and luxurious place!! The team that manages them is fantastic and attentive. A dream stay!!!Visited April 2024Traveled with friendsWritten April 4, 2024
- helene aMontpellier, France53 contributionsVery nice zoo!A beautiful day ! Very pretty park where you can admire many animals. I had taken a two-day pass but one day was enough. I'm a little disappointed because I saw a much larger park with unusual species... But when I think about it, I make the comparison with Beauval that we did last year and... Nothing to see. I recommend the staff are very friendly, the quality entertainment and the animals are good. If you are passing through, don’t hesitate!Visited April 2024Traveled with familyWritten April 12, 2024
- LightPacker5784993 contributionsGreat family weekend! We had a wonderful family weekend. The zoo is on a human scale and the staff is available to answer our questions. We had booked one night in the premium lions suite: the suite is very nicely decorated and very pleasant to live in. And the view of the lions from our room is an incredible moment. We also followed the guided tour during which we learned a lot about the animals and the ambition of the park. Thanks to our guide who was fascinating. Thank you to the entire Arrow Zoo team!Visited April 2024Traveled with familyWritten April 15, 2024

Superb entertainment with the caretakers Fabio, impeccable, professional and above all passionate, 1000 thanks again to our son for delighting them. - Amé LieNuits-Saint-Georges, France29 contributionsGreat dayArrow Zoo known thanks to the show One Season at the Zoo. First stop on our road trip and absolutely not disappointed! A wooded park, pleasant to walk there. Bucolic places. We feel that they have the protection of animals at heart, friendly caregivers who take the time to chat. We saw all the animals except the red panda who had to take a nap :) A great day despite a few people and not all the food outlets were open, we didn't wait very long to eat. Thank you 🥰Visited April 2024Traveled with friendsWritten April 20, 2024

A great zoo with truly beautiful natural spaces in keeping with the environment of the animals and their well-being!! A very good zoo with quality shows where you can feel the passion of the keepers with their animals, we really had a great time!! The only negative point is that the fast food is more than average and not very qualitative for the price.

Gorgeous. A big thank you to the caregivers who were attentive and caring. The only downside is the price of the meals which is quickly forgotten thanks to the restaurant staff. Smiling, considerate staff....
The zoo director is lucky to have such invested and passionate people. Very well maintained zoo.

At Christmas I gave my daughter a night with the tigers in the Jambi Lodge.
Two absolutely incredible days.
Warm welcome at reception around 1pm, discovery of the luxurious lodge, large private garden ,meal already prepared and put in the fridge.
We were then able to visit the zoo-the tigers were sleeping because of the heat- which is absolutely beautiful.
Very shady, very clean and large enclosures. We were able to extend the visit for an hour after the closure of the park, a very valuable little privilege.
Back at the lodge, we were able to eat while observing the tiger couple more inclined to go out in the evening when it is less hot. I will never forget the look of the female when I saw her nearby for the first time.
Morning awakening with the male marking his territory just in front of the window of the room. Breakfast brought to the lodge embellished by the visits of the two tigers who even lay right in front of us, and revisit the zoo before our Check-out and 625 kilometers that we remade the eyes full of stars.
Trip Tip: this inclusive stay allows you to see the two tigers that remain wild animals. You have to be patient and wait for them to honor us with their visit, they don't come to order. Plus: the observation point from the swing of the private garden sipping tea or juice.
We'll be right back.

Unfortunately we didn’t have time to visit the zoo and we were refused access to the shop to buy a souvenir. They have respect for animals the most important much less for tourists. Too bad 🥹 more prepare your golf card to pay the entrance at 30€ per person. Not bad!

Bonjour,

Very disappointed with the park we arrived at 10:30 am and we saw no or almost no animals due to cleaning the enclosures (which can perhaps be done when the park is closed ) we were misspoken by a caregiver who tells us “get rid of you I am with my caregiver of the day” so we could not look at the animals they were going to care for
Toilet not too clean
But nothing to say to the park that is well maintained
Nothing to do with the TV Zoo season and reality
If you want to visit a park for the foliage side palm trees I Trip Tip
Make 3h drive pay 26.50€ per person to see nothing I would have better visit the zoo of Cerza which is next to my home

Bonjour,
Bien cordialement,

The zoo is great but the catering is terrible
45 minutes of waiting and €8.90 for a tiny half pizza with the equivalent of 1/8th slice of white ham and less than 1 button mushroom!!!!! I had asked for no cheese being lactose intolerant but it arrived without anything!!!!
The sea lion caretaker is wonderful. We feel his passion.
But the presentation of the birds is quite inaudible and emotionless.

Far from being like the TV show. Pay full fare while pets are 3/4 warm indoors for weather reasons. We searched for the animals. A day that costs a lot for the few animals seen.

Rather disappointed with what we had read and heard. Several empty enclosures like that of the African bush... Many drinks and ice cream stands closed, high restaurant rates, few choices in store except on soft toys.... We were more excited by other zoos, even smaller ones.

Superb zoo where the animals are very well treated and the landscaped environment is very well maintained.
The setting is very pleasant with many shaded areas for picnics or breaks.
This zoo remains on a human scale, therefore without a massive influx of visitors.
We recommend it 100%.

We took a pass for 2 days to make the most of the animals and we were disappointed
We knew that there would be people there with 2 public holidays but to force us to park the car 2 km (no joke) from the entrance to the zoo is shameful with young children...and we are looking for animals again...
We couldn't see the tigers or the lions or the cheetahs or the bears
Same for lemurs not because of the world but the layout
Each animal was hidden by the vegetation and the viewpoints to see them are few in number.
Even the animations are made of cardboard, the animals didn't even come to eat
If you don't sleep in the lodges, don't stop at this zoo
Beauval is worth 100 times more

Bonjour,
