Yet another lovely village, wild seascapes and tea rooms worth a visit. Great for water sports and wind surfing. A small sandy beach with pebbles. Good for a half day visit or handy for the lizard peninsula

One of the best experiences we had was to buy pasties( which are delicious) from Elizabeth's and eat them amongst the artists on the quay wall in the harbour.

Working harbour on the Lizard, Cornwall. Picturesque, with small fishing boats that regularly go out to collect the crab pots. Harbour walls provide sheltered place to sit in the sun and enjoy the goings on of the fishermen.

We always visit Coverack on our visits to Cornwall - it's one of those unspoilt and charming places, and it was pleasing to see little evidence of the floods of not so long ago. Visitors are well advised not to drive further into the village...More

We visited when the sea festival Regatta was on. The atmosphere is fantastic, lots of races and Harbour jumping. The children enjoyed Paddle Boarding and kayaking. Great music and ciders to choose from. Will go again.

There is parking at either end of the village. As you drive in there are two car parks on your right, or you can drive through the village and park at the harbour end. I hope that helps. Enjoy your visit, it's one of my... More
