Visited this pub for only the second time to visit the publicans’ fifth anniversary celebration beer festival - of “dark ales”, even though I’m not usually a dark ale drinker. But, hey, you need to stretch your boundaries! Despite it being the fourth (fifth?) day...More

Many thanks for taking the time to review us. Apologies regarding that one beer, thank you for giving us a 5 star rating, these things happen and great to see you understand that. Hopefully see you again soon.

A great selection of ales and lagers (and Gins ) all served by efficient and pleasant staff. Everyone is made to feel welcome. Nice beer garden (with heating). Can also recommend the Pork pies, hot sausage rolls and samosas

One of the few remaining real pubs in Leighton Buzzard, serving real beers and ciders, with a Gin Palace that is open at week ends selling hundreds of different gins, well worth a visit.

Huge range of interesting beers, massive gin selection, amazing bar food, cracking atmosphere, open fire, great special events, friendly staff. Best of all it makes my brother-in-law incredibly jealous that this gem is my local.
