Don't expect caves you can see anything like stalaktites or stalagmites. The caves are basically long tunnels in the rock you can crawl through. It's quite adventurous if you are small and can fold yourself together. However, if you are tall (approximately from 1.80m), you won't be able to crawl on your knees but will have to lay flat on the stomach. We had to return because the bends were too narrow. Additionally, the "professional guides" are girls who don't speak English. Not recommended except for speleologists!

If you are not sure if you have any problems with claustrophobia, try this one. Thereafter you will know for sure.
If you have claustrophobia, just a little bit, don't try, You will die.
It's, depending of the distance you choose. half an hour crawling through a wormhole or moleshole. You have to leave your backpack behind: you won't fit through the holes with it on you back. When you are finished you are dirty, but, one small lightpoint: they give you a yellow T-shirt.
You have to pass several deep holes going down and some corners are so narrow, you have to go on you side edge. The only light you have is a headlamp. But there is one consolation: you have a guide to guide and help you. You need one. When you got lost, nobody would find you back. There are stories ......
