We enjoyed the swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the tyhermal water bath, the sauna. They also have a swimming pool for kids. The water in the swimming pool was warm and pleasant (26-28 degrees Celsius).

They have different types of sauna. A pool with thermal water. Also there is a little children pool and two normal ones. The pools are cleaned. I really like what is offering for the money. One of the girls from reception wasn't ok. We are very polite, but she didn't respond with the same attitude.

It is a unique place in that area as there are not too many wellnesses in Hargitha. It has an inside and outside pool, two saunas and a jacuzzi. It is good but in case of many people it can be overcrowded.
On Romanian level it is a bit expensive, you can buy a three hours ticket for 35 RON. Parking is free and there is a quite big parking place.

They have manny inside pools: one of them is with thermal watter, another is larger, with warm watter, for swimming, other one is for babies, and the last one is for children. There is a jacuzzi inside and a swimming poole outside. They have a bar and a shop with souvenirs and suits for bath. There is a huge place in their yard for parking.
Staff is wandetrfool.

Very nice modern spa with 4 pools and a jacuzzi and steam and sauna. Lovely outside pool and the mineral pool is very warm and relaxing. It was quite crowded one day we went but it emptied out after about 6pm. Very nice staff, mainly Hungarian first language but quite happy to speak Romanian and some speak good English as well.

We were there right at the beginning of the program in a working day, so it was not crowded. The small store at the entrance was closed. Everybody spoke hungarian there (stuff and 90% of guests), the drinks menu at the bar, for example, was only in hungarian.
Even if one of the inside pools was temporarily closed, I didn't have time to take advantage of everything there during our 3 hours stay. Massage is available for extra charge.
The food offer at the inside bar is not too diverse, but you can bring your own food.
I recommend this place and I intend to come back.

During a 4 days trip with my wife, we took a room at a very nice boutique inn in Tusnad and tried to find nice ways to spend the time we had at our disposal. We found out there was a spa near by, but never imagined it was so nice!
Mineral natural water from the very mountains that surround the city, getting out with a 68 Celsius degrees temperature (they have to cool id down a little so you can bath in it), nice Jacuzzi-cells, separate pools for children and mature, and even a small door to get outdoors by swimming, even during the cold season (hot water, cold air, what a refreshing combination!).
To make a long story short, we had a very pleasant afternoon, being pampered by the nice operators of the spa resort.
Don't miss it if in Tusnad, Balvanyos or Miercurea Ciuc!

My initial thoughts of this place weren’t that great. Entry was quite pricey, and the locker and changing area seemed quite busy and cramped. I would highly recommend taking a pair of flip flops with, as the floors of the toilet area seemed quite dirty, with inconsiderate people failing to hit the target with their fluids…

Anyway, once you enter the main part of the pools and spas, it takes a great turn for the better!
There are many different pools, such as a regular pool, a salt pool, a gimmick indoor pool with jets to enjoy, and an outdoor pool (leading from this inside one) which I thought was probably the best of the lot, as it was the least busy of them all. Additionally, you can take in the nice view of all the mountains whilst you drift around the [outside] pool.

Sat in a jacuzzi near the entrance back to the changing rooms. This was nice, but the amount of chlorine gets to you eventually and will make your eyes sting if any splashes up into them.
Furthermore, I was told there was a notice stating that no more than 7-8 people should enter the jacuzzi at one time, but more and more people just piled in, and it soon got cramped.

The wellness centre also offers three different styles of saunas; however, each are very small.
There is also a salt room so that you can exhale the smell of salt (which is supposed to help with your breathing).
Additionally, you can also have a massage at certain times, but I think this came at an additional cost.

Had a bit of an issue with the staff when leaving, as they claimed we had overstayed our time there, but they hadn’t explained the “rules” properly.

Overall, I think this is a great place to visit, but make sure you ask the staff to explain regulations of time limits before you go and enjoy yourself!
