Storholmrn is the perfect place to deep in the history of a viking village. You can play funny games, watch ancient workshops or make bread as they used to as well as do a boar rowing trip around the lake. It's really worth it!

I think you have reviewed the wrong Viking Village. Are you sure you were not at Birka and Hovgarden where you take a ferry from Stockholm to get there?

I am a french journalist writing about vikings and travelling. I came during summer 2013. I was an expat in Stockholm at that time and I spent a year travelling through Sweden/Danemark/Norway to visit all the vikings sites with my kids.
