I wasn't really expecting to see this beach. I loved it and will go back again. It was windy but it didn't spoil the wave therapy

The white sand dunes were unlike any that I've ever seen. The beach was endless and you didn't want to stop walking or swimming. The water was crystal clear and this is a must if you visit this part of Sardinia.

We have visited 11 beaches in Sardinia and every each of them was great except this one. I dont understand what kind of people love this beach. The bach is dirty and the sand is not beautifull, sand is practically dirty because there are some strange leaves in it. Yes there are dunes, and people go to see it and take pictures, but you won't go to the beach because of the dunes, you go because f the sand and and the sea. Also, you have to walk around 1km to the beach through filthy and smelly lake. And in August forget to find lonely spot, even if you walk 2 km to the end! (which is quite possible if you go to the East - Arbus, Oristano and Alghero )

Went to see big dunes: difficult to understand which road to enter (military or from Porto Pino). I choose military road, payed entrance fee, long drive in dirt unpaved route, getting to park, then walk 20 minutes to get into a long wild beach. Shore and seashore covered with algae. No one was swimming or having a bath.
Dunas were forbidden and not so big.
Honestly a wild place like many others: good if you're a real wildlife lover.

Amazing beach, although it was a bit windy, the beach was full. Spectacular dunes, never seen anything like that before!

Hideous place in late April. Massive sea grass everywhere. The local said the internet cheated us...

This is a lovely beach. Magnificent dunes, 3 beach bars with sun beds (20€ for the whole day for 2 beds and 1 umbrella), amazing water, transparent and turquoise, but a bit windy (you will have to have a strong umbrella here).
But don't make the mistake to follow google maps to find the beach. Just drive towards Porto Pino and before arriving to Bravo village turn left (there is a van selling fruit at this corner usually). Then you have 5km of dirty road (but doable for all cars). Parking is 5€ for the whole day.

We'd never thought after passing the gates and driving 5 km off road there was such a beautiful beach with dunes. Do not expect infrastructure like bars and restaurants. There is only nature and that makes it a charming and attractive environment. As a suggestion, try also Spiaggia di S'Ortixeddu!

It was our favourite on the South of Sardinia. Very special sandy dunes. In the middle of a military area, driving through 5-6 km of gravel and walking about 500m to reach this really long and beautiful, unique beach. Windy, with waves, not so crowded, with a good restaurant and chilled atmosphere.
Definitely recommended!

From the main Street along the NATO field you can find the gate, 5km of dirt road (but can be done with every car), 500mt walking to Reach the Paradise on heart. White sand and blu sea everywhere. Unforgettable!!!
