    Beautiful sandy bay
We anchored our yacht in this quiet bay. There were a couple of beach bars and not a lot else as far as we could tell from the boat. The beach gets very busy during the day, but was quiet in the evening. We heard no loud music. The water was very clear and it was possible to see the bottom at least 4m below the surface and watch small fish swimming around the boat. I can’t vouch for the service or quality of the food/drink at the bars as I never went there.

    Stunning beach 🏖️
Stunning beach! The star of oll the beaches we’ve been im sardinia! It’s magic! This beach has to be booked in advance ld due to the number of people allowed in the beach. We didn’y book but we waited at the gate until people come out! Theh let us in! It was just amazing ❤️🏝️

    Idyllic beach
Idyllic beach with easy access and parking at 10 eur charge / day. Turquoise crystal clear water Perfect for swimming. Sand is comfortable and not sticky. Clean and green surroundings. There are also 2 beach bar/restaurants with restroom. Make sure to arrive there before 9 am as there is only a limited capacity and it can get full quickly after 9. I saw few other similar ones within 10-15 minute drive nearby. We returned twice during our holidays in Sardegna as it was one of the most outstanding beaches during our trip. Make sure to try the brioche and espresso in the near by, bar at just 8 minutes drive from this beach, in the town of domus maria.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The sea was very clear and the sand was really nice. I suggest you arrive around 8:00 a.m so you still find open spots because it's very crowded. Other than that, only good words for this place. 👌

lovely beach, one of the most beautiful I visited on Sardinia. perfect sand , beautiful view and cristal clear water. just a bit unlucky that it was windy the day we came there so umbrella was not an option, but staying there for long without shadow was not an option either. but if we'll go to sardinia again, this one is definitely on the list!

Without a doubt one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Stunning blue water, fine white sand and stunning views.

As a resident in SW Sardinia I avoid it in July, August and early September but visit throughout the rest of the year to walk the dogs in the winter and sunbathe in low-season.

Gets totally, totally packed with tourists in peak season so best at other times but if you don't have that luxury then go check it out anyway; even full of tanning bodies, it's still sublime.

Beach bars for refreshments are only open in peak season so if visiting at other times, pack a picnic

Great beach, but it is a big problem to park the car. There are just two not cheap private parking lots. If you park on the road, you can be sure to have a fine, even if the signs on the road are NOT regular for the italian laws! Anyway, it's a fantastic beach if you want to pay to park your car.

having been to many many beaches in Sardinia, I must say I have seen more stunning ones. this beach is highly popular, on the upside its facilities are definitely above average. unless you like it packed with fighting for the last free spot on the beach during peak season, I'd recommend driving to other nearby beaches, they're definitely more enjoyable.

We had heard about this beach a lot before getting there and I have to admit that I was not impressed. I am not saying that this beach is not beautiful, it IS beautiful!
But during our stay in Sardinia, we have seen many beaches that were as beautiful or more beautiful than Tuerredda beach.
Moreover, the others were not as crowded, the parking and other services were not as expensive.

This is one of many lovely beaches in this area that offers more than just grains of passing sand. The scenery is breathtaking. And so is the drive around the coast.
The first time we took the winding road it was unexpected, finding ourselves there without planning it. So the second time was full of expectation as we pulled off the main S195 sign-posted Chia, it said 26 km to Porto di Teulada. What it didn't say was prepare yourself for one of the most scenic drives ever. Twisting back and forth the road climbs and descends around the coastline in and out of cliffs covered in macchia shrubs (macchia is 'thicket' in English - which seems far less romantic), which appeared in so many colours the hills looked like they were in autumn. Occasionally the view would open up as mountains and bays and beaches just stretched away into the distance.
Don't take your eye off the road for a second as maximum concentration is necessary. Far better to do the drive a second time, as we did.
