Of course the view is fantastic, exceptional!
But is it really worth 8 euros per person and another 5 for the parking outside?
Staying there won't be that fun as most of the time it is overcrowded.
And the museum is really not worth it.
I've attached some pictures...
Decide by yourself.

An interesting place for a quick swim and great peoplewatching. Tough to get in and out of the water gracefully, lol. The water was clear, fish all around- I think I encountered a fish I read about that goes after the bubbles you creat swimming but ends up nibbling on your feet. Still worth it.

Spiaggia dei Faraglioni is a private beach so you have to pay 4 euros to get in but it is worth it. Beautiful scenery with several rocks in the sea just off the coast. Swimming is ok although the beach is a bit rocky. It does get pretty crowded on a sunny day so if you dont like that you better go somewhere else.

We stopped here on a boat excursion with Michele Bellafiore, Michele was fantastic, we highly recommend going with him. The spiaggia Faraglioni was fantastic, Michele took swimming under caves, into secret under domes and places to jump off rocks. The water was so clear and in the caves the water was glowing blue.

Here we are in the East Side of the Sicilian island. Nearest Castellammare del Golfo, in the Trapani area. There are not words to describe this enchanting picture.

Unfortunately, this place was pure disappointment. People on the gate gathering the entrance fee for the beach were unfriendly and refused to give us the basic information: whether there is a shower that we can use after swimming in the sea this was our last stop before airport and we needed to take a shower. They also couldn't tell us if there is some shadow/sunumbrellas as we arrived at 2pm and sun was so direct and strong. Anyway, we risked it and we found absolutely crowded little beach, the water smelling of piss and no shower to use. They had 3 outdoor toilets that smelled like the worst festival ones on Sunday morning. The only nice point were the guys from the diving school who smiled and offered us to share the shadow by their school and eventually wanted to sort out the shower for us. Over out 2-weeks long experience in the marvellous island, Spiaggia dei Faraglioni was definetely the most negative one.

This is a place to avoid. The view is beautiful and so is the water. There is no beach, just a concrete boat landing platform and few chairs. And you will have to pay for the privilege!

The view is spectacular but you do not need to go down the steep road and pay a entrance fee to see this. The view is much better if you just walk straight to the upper cliff between the beach and the parking area. There is no use going down to the beach as there is absolutely no service available, nothing to do and you are not allowed to enter any buildings. We went down thinking there would have been something to see but we were totally disappointed. If you want to go to a nice (better) beach just drive a bit further and turn to the right. You can park for free and there is even a nice local guy selling snacks and drinks from his small "hut".

First of all the place is beautiful:really blue sea, big rocks growing from the water, typical old, broken down buildings. Not too easy to find the way in, because you must leave the car in the parcheggio, which is not next to the entrance(just a 3 minutes walk). You pay for the car park(1€/hour) and the entrance fee is 3,5€, which includes a chair, and you can use the mobile toilet. Inside the spiagga there're only few vending machines, no bar or restaurant. The most uncomfy thing is that there's no place to change clothes, so you must go there in swimsuit. The mobile toilets were not clean, but were disgusting(as nearly everywhere). Apart from these things the place is beautiful and worth the money it costs.
