Anse Marron Tour

La Digue Island’s is known for its beaches, and many of them – including more secluded ones like Anse Cocos – are popular and can get crowded during the busy season. This full-day excursion takes you away from those guidebook highlights; instead, spend the height of the day relaxing and swimming at Anse Marron, an isolated beach tucked away between Grande Anse and Anse Source d’Argent. Follow your guide across challenging terrain and be rewarded with a pristine white-sand beach with an incredible collection of boulders in the ocean.

For me this one is on par with Anse Georgette, accessible through Constance Lemuria. It is small and intimate with fine sand and small waves. There's a rock formation between Petite Anse Kerlan and Anse Kerlan that can be climbed on for beautiful landscape photography.

Petite anse kerlan is a private beach owned by the hotel. It is however (on the right day) fantastic for snorkelling. If you go to the gate of the hotel and ask to visit the nest for drinks, you probably wont find a better place on the island. Its gorgeous! Drinks are on par price wise for the island (around €15 per drink) but are much nicer here. Definitely worth a visit if you are near by. Honestly its much nicer than anse georgette depending on what your looking for, but in the windy season its a much nicer place to be as the waves at georgette are much bigger.

We got up early every morning to walk the empty beach - paradise! But even during the day there are not many people and good rest on it. Full relax. Great! I would like to go back there!
