Butterflies are very big and pretty, definitively a beautiful natural environment around it, with fishes, a leaf ants colony and free roaming chickens. Although, the structure is quite small considering the price of the entrance. For 115 kr. (15.5€) we expected something bigger, to spend at least 1.5 hours in. Considering we are "average tourists", we were out in 20 min. A last comment is the need of maintenance: the garden outside looked a bit suffering, and the plants inside the greenhouse had several dead leaves hanging around.

We - a group of four - visited the place and had great expectations to see the more than 1,000 exotic butterflies, which are advertised with in "This week's Bornholm". Right must be right - there were some very nice, exotic butterflies. However, there were not close to 1,000. Guess less than 50. Fast over. The cafe has a nice cover of grapes, but unfortunately it carries the most mark of decay. Not a place we didn't want to either drink coffee or eat sandwiches. There is also an exhibition on silk. We searched and found a locked greenhouse with faded posters and a house that quietly grows into. The flower park - uh, where - showed most weeds. Sad and disappointing experience, which in no way deserves a ticket price of 100 kr.

Expensive and run down.
Nice greenhouse with butterflies. Expensive entrance for what you get. Outside really needs an upgrade. All butterfly friendly plants covered with bindweeds.
The youngsters loved the leafcutter ants.

Disappointing experience not worth the money! 125,- for an adult in entrance 😳
It seems like you've given up. We came to see the butterflies and there was very limited number. The surroundings were worn and everything seemed poorly ⁇ ined - including the garden.

A slightly sluggish experience. Reasonable expensive entrance price, for an ok nice tropical house, however with a disappointing amount of butterflies. “The Flower Park” is extremely sad and poorly ⁇ ined. There are more weeds than real flowers. There is a sign at the entrance that says there were rabbits - which our sons would very much like to see. It consisted of a lonely rabbit running freely around in the poorly cared garden.
The only staff that was present was a young girl at the entrance - and she did not seem ⁇ obvious. Nor does it give the best impression that from the parking lot you have views of a messy, grown greenhouse, the size of the tropical house itself.

We (family of five) enjoyed our visit, even the youngest one (3 years old). However, after half an hour maximum you are done in the greenhouse. The kids enjoyed the playground outside more. Nevertheless nice and worth a visit.

This butterfly park was really fantastic. Strolling around in this big greenhouse was like a walk in a jungle with "natural" trees, plants, flowers and magic butterflies flying all over the place. There were even order kind of interesting animals like fishes, amazing insects and small nonflying birds running around your feet

At this relatively small amazing site, you can experience around 1000 tropical butterflies in many different colors and sizes, tropical plants and some animals among other small Chinese quails. Moreover, you can experience the life cycle of the butterflies.

Just imagine hundreds of butterflies filling the air, their soft wings brushing your cheek as they fly by --- or the nearly non-weight of one landing on your hand... Magic!
Lots of different species are represented and the layout of the place feels natural. I always have my camera along and shoot tons of pictures. This past October, on Bali, I recognized quite a few of the butterflies because of my visits.
While the entrance fee is a bit steep, you can spend hours here and the place has a good CSR policy. We ended our visit with coffee and cake - and the cake was really nice.
