The river is a great part of Noosa Heads with its upper class houses and apartments and pleasant walks, some good restaurants and water traffic. Take the river cruise or just walk the shores for a pleasant few hours.
What a lovely area to wander and enjoy the friendly locals, bird life, gorgeous scenery, abundant cafes and restaurants. If it’s windy along the coast, try the river side. It’s protected and more pleasant on a breezy day.

A not to be missed experience. Whether strolling along the river edge & park beside Gympie Terrace, having a paddle ( ideal for the tiny tots ) in the calm waters, taking in the shops & especially the restaurants.
