We would like to visit this Island but it is closed for public. You can see it only from the sea, from the ship.

We visited the island only to find it closed because it's turtle time so you couldn't go across. Now only open for weddings. We took photos but not from where we wanted AND it is notlit at night.

It is nice island with wooden bridge leading to it. Just try to visit it when it is not windy outside or you will found closed gates with warning on it "It is closed".

We walked through the shallow sea to see Cameo Island. Upon arrival, the gate was closed, saying it was closed. We checked back a few other times during our time in Zante and it still remained closed. Such a shame.

Our 2020 wedding has just been cancelled here and the island is refusing to give our deposit back. Stay well clear!! They shouldn’t even be booking weddings here
