From my kitchen window I see little Solisbury hill it is a beautiful view. We have had overseas visitors this year and have gone to the top with them to show the views of Bath they all loved it and enjoyed the climb.

This is a straightforward uphill climb from either Bathampton or Batheaston and the views are fantastic. I defy anyone that climbs to the top not to have the Peter Gabriel song of the same name going round in your head!

I think this hill is on the Bath City Skyline Walk route.
Worth a look even if you're not taking the whole walk.
Go over the bridge in town, up the hill, take a turning off to your right signposted Bath Skyline Walk.
