First time going to wales. Didnt realise about the toll road. Neither of us had any cash only about 5p laying around in the car. Luckily the young lad let us through, which we thought was really nice of him, seeing as he knew we...More

This picturesque toll bridge is privately owned, and seems to be very busy. It was built over 200 years ago and provides a shortcut into the city across the river Avon. Just below the bridge is a weir. Foot passage across the bridge is free.

Although the toll is very busy at rush hour it is very efficiently operated. Our friends from America love it ! Current toll is 80p.

The Toll Bridge is wonderfully convenient, and one of the few bridges across the Avon in Bath. It's over used of course and often very busy. But I for one am very glad the owners are still making it work for them. Prices a bit...More

I have stayed at this hotel three times in the last couple of years and on each occasion at very short notice. There has always been a special offer on the cost and I have taken advantage of it. I would not say that it...More

Hello, Do you mean moving the large stationary hose-like dwelling from one holiday village to another? I don’t think so. The trailer-like, wheeled one? Probably you can, as I saw vans passing the bridge, but you may... More

Unfortunately, I don’t know the answer so suggest you either contact the operator in advance or arrive prepared to pay the toll.
