Full of hidden coves and snorkeling spots, Santorini’s gorgeous coastline is best seen from the water. This catamaran cruise takes you to a series of beaches and landmarks that can only be reached by boat, with time to soak in the island’s volcanic hot springs, too. Plus, with two tour times to choose from and round-trip transport, food, and snorkeling gear all included, this tour is extremely convenient for any traveler wanting to add it to their itinerary.

My sister and I had the pleasure of attending Symposion's Clio's Tales live performance in the courtyard last Friday - and it was absolutely magical! We ordered some oinomelos - one of Symposion's Homeric wines - and listened to Yannis play the kythara (proto-guitar) and several flutes (in loose terms, I need to read up on those! :D) like a time-traveler FROM Ancient Greece! Absolutely recommended to anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the spirit of the era of myths and legends:)

We had an enchanted break at Symposion in Megalochori. Everything is beauty and harmony in this plant and mineral setting. It was a pleasure talking with Yannis, owner of this place, and we had the incredible chance to be musicians for a little concert. A wonderful experience!

We were staying a short distance away from Symposion and when we walked past their door saw a notice advertising a concert that evening. We were expecting a piano based classical music concert but instead were treated to 'Odysseus Returns' - a remarkable performance. Yiannis plays his own compositions on 10 different handcrafted instruments. The music was just wonderful and we were transported to ancient Greece for an hour. If it hadn't been our last day in Santorini we would have returned again that week. Other people we talked from the USA visit there regularly and recommended the instrument building workshops,. Definitely recommend as something different to do in Santorini which interacts with the culture of Greece and the islands. Lovely courtyard and enjoyed a delicious glass of wine.

I highly recommend this interactive experience as a way to build on your knowledge of Greece. Presented in a historic building that was once a winery, Yannis and Argy talk about life and myth in ancient Greece and how it connects all things. They have put together an experience that touches all the senses that is very impressive and unforgettable.

This was a wonderful place to celebrate part of our 20th wedding anniversary. Listening to Yiannis and his homemade instruments took us to another world. The sound was so beautiful and it was an experience being able to try playing the harp They were great hosts too. We felt like we had known them for years. We bought a CD and it brings us back to the Symposion each time we listen to it. It was an adventure, informative and fun. Thank you for wonderful memories.
