Great champagne-tasting experience in a beautiful setting. They also have a guest house on the property.

So, we're not old, and neither is Vincent, but we had visited him 12 years ago, so it fealt like we were visiting an olf friend, not to mention that Vincent used to supply my Grandfather with Champagne for years. In fact, I bought a bottle to drink with my Grandfather when we drove to Paris a few days later! The winery has evolved over the years in a great way - new, refined offerings (loved the Extra Brut), new name (loved the addition of Domaine les Croix, and the simplification from Brochet-Hervieux to Vincent Brochet), remodeled tasting room over the vineyard, and new winemaking and inventory infrastructure. To top it off, Vincent, and his son, who is now running the business, have committed to sustainable growing and winemaking!
