    Amazing place
Amazing! This place was an absolute surprise and was a bargin at only €5 each! The chap that runs it is so knowledgeable and warm and friendly, and was wonderful with our 5 year old snake obsessed son! Explained everything he had and let him hold everything! He loved it so much we went back three times! Would highly recommend

    Absolutely amazing experience
Amazing experience the keeper is so passionate about the animals and he encourages you if willing to handle the reptiles with gentle respect and supervision. We spent 1.5hrs here for a quick stop lol 😂 but didn’t want to leave it was so good. If you are in the in area or have a car visit this fabulous place especially if you have children I’ve not seen such animated responses from children before!!!!! It’s next door to the petrol station in melodonisi

    Awesome!
It was amazing! The animals were stunning and incredible to hold. The staff was so friendly, forthcoming and knowledgeable about all the animals. All of the enclosures were the right size and the animals were healthy and seemed content. It was an experience like no other and we all would love to go again!

The Best Place to visit if your family loves reptiles!!
This place is very close to the Melidoni Caves where we paid a visit to escape the heat! You will not be disappointed if you visit Reptisland - what a find! We took our three old granddaughter who was excited by every creature she saw, especially the giant tortoise who was free to wander around. The owner, (whose name I don’t recall, sorry!) was extremely knowledgeable and let us hold various lizards, non-poisonous snakes and even a baby chameleon. We spent nearly 2 hours there - it was fascinating.

    Lovely little place!
What a lovely place to visit. You can see how much the owner loves the animals he has rescued. The €5 entrance fee goes towards their upkeep. We held snakes, lizards and chameleons. Look out for the flies to feed them! Its warm inside but it is for reptiles after all!

    Small with a big heart.
An impromptu visit when we'd been to the nearby cave, so glad we went! Only €5 each, it goes towards the many reptiles and birds the owner rescues. He encourages handling, and was respeful of the fact my husband is not a snake fan, though loves lizards. Not all his animals are here, and rightly so. A small place, with a big heart. The free roaming tortoise was lovely!

Great and friendly host with Some special reptiles
The host is very friendly and passionate about his animals. He told us everything about the reptiles that he resqued or ‘collected’ troughout the years. We felt welcome and it was heartwarming to see how he talks about every one of his animals. Holding and being up close to a cameleon was my personal highlight 🥰

Four great places in same area
Lovely small place where all in the family can hands on hold reptiles. Staff has wonderful passion for the animals. Kids love it, we have been there twice. Perfect to combine with visits in same area to Melidoni cave, Paraschakis olive oil production and Apithano honey production.

No other word other than amazing.
We came across this whilst driving to only pop in to see. We wended staying over an hour because of how amazing it was. €4 each to not just look at the reptiles but you also get to hold them. This gentleman and his wife care so much about these animals. I will definitely be returning. One of the best experiences I have had. Thank you so much.

    Calling all reptile lovers!
This place is an absolute must for both adults and kids alike. Many of the animals there are rescued and brought back to health by the incredibly welcoming owner, who has so much amazing information to share about all the beautiful species this place houses. The love and dedication shown towards these animals is commendable!

Really special place, don’t drive past as we almost did. This is not a tourist trap but has an owner who clearly loves the reptiles he looks after. He has you holding snakes (harmless) and lizards within minutes of arriving. The children around us of all ages were loving it. His enthusiasm was infectious and I can’t recommend this strongly enough. Much better than the cave which bought us here (which was also good)

We visited Reptisland on our way to Melidoni cave. This is a very unique experience. The owner is more than welcome to explain and answer questions about the animals. Holiding a snake, a chameleon or a gecko is amazing. The price is totally fair and worth it!

We found this little gem just by luck, my family and I found this place absolutely amazing! The variety of reptiles and being able to hold them truly made our day! We held a variety and size of constrictor snake and several types of the many he has of reptiles including a chameleon, bearded dragon and a frilled lizard. There was no rush the owner gave us all time informing us about each reptile given to hold. The initial reluctance to pay to enter was nothing against the hour we had holding these amazing reptiles.
The owner was so attentive and happy it made the whole experience 10 times better! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone of any age! The owner even has the largest python in Greece which as of three years ago only weighed 121kg it’s huge !!!!

Fabulous place, well worth a visit. Spiros was very enthusiastic and knowledgable he allowed us to hold many of the reptiles. He said to my son “relax my friend and then the snake will relax”. A very enjoyable visit only €4 per person, money well spent

Such a fun afternoon experience! We visited nearby Melodini Cave and saw this was a few minutes up the road. Incredibly immersive experience where for €5 each, you get to spend a couple of hours walking around whilst holding snakes and lizards! The owner of the shop was incredibly passionate about his animals and gave some insight in to interesting facts etc. definitely recommend! Very fun for kids too.

We visited whilst staying in Melidoni. It was a great visit and although a small venue it seemed well managed.
Lots of interaction with the staff who instruct you how to handle the reptiles from snakes to lizards. The tortoise walking around was amusing, he was certainly enjoying the attention.
Well worth a visit, low cost, great for all ages and a relaxing place to spend a couple of hours.

We visited on our first day of hiring a car. What a wonderful experience. Family owned business and a very “hands on”experience. The son has had some of the reptiles for 21 years and breed from them. My 14 year old loves reptiles and I grew to love them. Lots of information in the form of QR codes to gain information if you wanted to go around yourself. Only €4 to get in and we’ll worth the cost and more….
