We spent at day at the Causeway watching the planes land. We got a boat over to mouse island and visited the little monastery. There is a gift shop and cafe on the island too. Boat cost €2.50 return. Definitely worth a visit.

Best advice for one day in Corfu (2 Replies)
Hi, Our Cruise ship will be ONE day only in Corfu. We've seen the town and Mouse island previously and need advice. What is best KASSIOPI or PALEOKASTRITSA or... any other suggestion? AND the most affordable way to get there from Cruise port? Price for busses? or ...? Thanks!

Response fromSuzanne C|
I would suggest Paleokastristra as it is stunning and a shorter journey from the port. Sorry, I have no idea on buses and I imagine someone else will be along shortly to answer that.
