    Beautiful Troulos beach!
During our recent holiday we spent many days on beautiful Troulos beach. Lovely clean beach with fabulous views, plenty of sunbeds, a great hotel and some lovely beach-side tavernas. Highly recommend.

    Beautiful
Lovely sandy beach. Clear water easy to get in and out. Lots of beds but taken very early . Beds in front of hotel are nice . Have to pay in the hotel reception to use these 12e for 2 beds and umbrella. No loud music playing so peaceful. Taverns in need of update food not great . Lunch in front of hotel nice. Can get drinks and icecream from bar next to hotel. Use the toilets in the hotel as the toilets behind the troubles taverna leaves a lot to be desired

    Lovely Troulos beach
Beautiful beach with umbrellas and sun lounges. We arrived at 1pm and unfortunately they were all taken. We found some shade at the southern end of the beach so all was good. There were 3 tavernas and plenty of choices. The water was clean, clear and very safe for families. The bus stop is 20 and it is a short flat walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

    Lovely location
Lovely beach with enough facilities to cater for visitors. The sand is lovely and the sea is warm. It is a quieter area and nice for families. There are a few tavernas that are reasonably affordable and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

    Favourite beach on Skiathos
We found this our favourite beach on Skiathos. The sea sand sand was great as on the whole island. A few fish and seagrass was nice to see as well. Enough sunbeds if you got there by 11 but not so many you could not see the beach like Koukounaries. A taverna behind for lunch too.

    Small but lovely!
Lovely sandy beach with fish coming right up to the shoreline - ideal for snorkelling even in the shallows. Plenty of sun beds but they fill up fast! We took a parasol and some towels down and made our own spot. Alternatively probably head down by 9am ish to be assured of a sun bed. Head to the right (as you face the sea) to find the fresh water pool with terrapins in. A really lovely beach.

    Quiet, relaxing and excellent beach
Second visit to Troulos. A very relaxing pace of life with several Tavernas and small supermarkets scattered around. No real center to the resort and this may be the only fault with it. The main road runs through Troulos so some of the restaurants and shops can only be reached walking along this road. It's worth investigating the side roads and footpaths as some of the tavernas can't be seen from the road. The beach is a short walk down a lane and is a nice safe sandy beach with plenty of sun loungers and a few small beach tavernas at one end. The bus run through Troulos with several bus stops and this can take you the length of the island for about 3 euros and the buses run quite frequently.

The part of the beach in front of the Troulos Bay Hotel is far better tended to than the other half so it’s worth paying the €9 charge for two sun beds and an umbrella for the day. There are shingle spots to watch for if you’re not wearing shoes and the tide builds a little bank you have to navigate going in and out of the sea. There are several places to eat but the hotel is easily the best and not expensive.

This is a lovely Sandy bay with beautiful crystal clear water. There was an abundance of fish and sea life. It was also frequented by swans! It’s an organised beach with sun loungers and parasols for €8-10. There’s a hotel with a bar and restaurant which is open to the public plus a few other tavernas on the beach. There’s also a well stocked supermarket a 5 minute walk away. There’s a couple of changing cubicles on the beach. There’s also a water sports place which hires kayaks, ringo’s, banana boats, paddle boarding etc There is no waiter service on the beach.

Absolutely stunning beach. We always sat towards the far end (Troulos Bay hotel end) where it was quieter and more rocky. Water was crystal clear, loads of fish visible without snorkel- but kids snorkelled and saw the most amazing things.
Didn’t feel need to pay for sun beds as swam more than sunbathed - a first for me!!
Ate virtually each time in the gyros bar at end of road, cheap, delicious and a spotless toilet between it & the small ‘supermarket’ Once ate at taverna at sandier end of the beach , v slow and grumpy service and not great food but surprisingly not that expensive either.
Highly recommend Troulos beach, miss it already now home!!

Just returned from Skiathos, spent 2 weeks on different beaches and this was our favourite, smallish with good facilities, laid back and quiet family vibe. Very busy everywhere in August but this beach was particularly lovely because if you’re fair skinned and need shelter all day then at each end of the beach there are trees you can plonk underneath. Also some decent snorkelling either end. Troulos Bay Hotel on the beach has nice toilets and a restaurant (and lovely friendly staff), plus there’s a couple more tavernas, a shower and changing cubicles. Only a couple of mins walk from bus stop no.20. Note - if you want blue sunbeds, get there early and pay for them at hotel reception (€5 each).

Lovely beach but for goodness sake, stop occupying all the beds with hotel-only beds. Others want to enjoy it too. They were half empty when we sat on the beach and we were willing to pay but as per..... wanted ridiculous prices for them so we sat on the sand!

Lovely beach, with nice taverna's. Very good for snorkeling, lots of soft sand and sharper sand. Sunbeds were 2 for 8 Euro, and you could buy a beer for 3.5 euro and a gyro for the same price.

We travelled public transport use of the bus to here having got off at stop 19 we was one stop in error (18)
So it’s around 5 minutes walk from the main road to the beach entrance…. Car there are parking nearby.
The beach is Sandy set in a large arc the sea entry is easy gentle shelves in.
Plenty of sun-beds and beach bars ~tavernas to meet ones requirements.
Didn’t notice any public toilets here though.
Fair to conclude it’s nice here we had around 5 hours wandering lazing about with a visit for a snack at the west end of the beach.
Usual price 10 E for 2 x beds and parasol

Nice spot to sun bath and have a dip. It’s a smallish beach do the sun beds get taken quite quickly (only 2 left by 10:15). You can put a towel down in the shade under trees at either end. Nice on-shore breeze keeps you relatively cool. You can use the sun beds outside the Troilus Bay Hotel - it’s quieter at that end of the beach. Pay 10 euros for two at the hotel reception and keep your ticket. A couple of cheep tavernas on the beach and you can eat at the hotel (and use their nice toilets! )

Very nice beach with lot of shade from trees. It is an organized beach with plenty of sunbeds and shade. There are few tavernas on the beach so you can really spend a whole day here. We enjoyed it especially as it is less crowded then the other more popular beaches.
