My recent visit to Vourvourou was nothing short of a perfect 10/10 experience. From the moment I stepped foot into this enchanting place, I was captivated by its charm and beauty.
I was there from July 28th till August 7th. This place is perfect for a family trip or an older couple looking to relax. There are a lot of great restaurants but my personal fav was Bokeh.
If you are thinking about visiting the Blue Lagoon with boat, definitely do it. The prices range from 100 to 120 euro to rent a boat and you pay for your fuel at the end of the trip. The staff is really nice and they'll give you a lecture if you are not experienced in boats. Make sure to visit all the crystal clear beaches, Lagonisi being my personal favourite.
We personally didn't go on a cruise ship but there are a lot of them so if you want to feel like a pirate definitely do it.
The markets are all cheap and offer variety of things to choose from.

The Vourvourou bay looks very nice, definitely worth a visit. We took some nice walks along the bay and the view is very nice, you can see from a distance the mount Athos. The water is very nice and clear, the beaches are nice but they have no showers or toilets.

Took a skipper led boat trip here. Brilliant. Loads of places to drop anchor and do some swimming and snorkelling. Lots of shallow areas where kids can swim. Crystal clear water. No sharks! We went with Dreamswim boat company. They give you a map with best sites to swim etc. I would recommend the skipper led boat trip initially at least.

A shallow slimy beach with little to commend it. People who like this really haven't travelled much. Far better beaches on the West side or Kassandra

We had been to many places in Halkidiki, but so far Vourvouru is probably the quietest and most beautiful. The sea is turquoise and the beaches are warm and clean. Seaside is covered with forest and beautiful vegetation. This place is not overcrowded and people are not sitting on each others heads on the beach. You can rent a boat and enjoy neighboring island. This place is made for family holidays. Only minus is the wind, as it can be quite windy on whole stone. If you come here, you wont make a misstake.

Village seems safe and nobody warns you, but you need to be careful because there are many thieves and robbers. They usually target the vacation house you stay at or a car if you have left anything in it. The Police is not helpful at all. Other than that the water and food is great, I was there at the beginning of June and it was quiet still. We tried Karydi beach, Lagunisi and Trani Amouda and all had good water. Overall the place is pretty, but I would probably not return to this place ever again. If you go keep all your money and documents safely with you anywhere you go and ensure to close the metal shutters most houses have when you sleep or leave for the beach. We were too relaxed and we learned our lesson :(

We stayed at a nice villa with private acces to beach and my kids were playing safe either in backyard of the villa or on the beach (with no special surveillance)
Water was clean, with smooth acces, beautiful indeed!
Blue waters in all the areas

When traveling to Sithonia you should consider Vourvourou as the first option to stay and renting a boat for at least one day is a must.

Nice place but I had more expectations on the beach. Too many boats in the bay so you cannot swim in safe.

Stayed on the main beach in Vourvourou, it's good but not fabulous. Still, DO try renting a boat for a day to go diving around Diaporos island - you will find great small coves with crystal shallow waters perfect for a dive, one of the best experiences you can have in Vourvourou!

Grazie a chi mi darà info.
