It is worth stopping in Adele to visit his workshop and sales room. What he doesn't make from olive wood is not worth having, ie there are all manner of items for the home and kitchen.

Called in here to get something as a holiday momento. Ended up buying 3 things! Giannis is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. You can watch him at work and then buy the end product. Definitely worth a visit.
