Beautiful Waterfalls!

To get there,
* Drive to Iliochori,
* In the town drive down the hill untill you get the a small parking next to a tavern
* Leave the car there, and start walking down the steep road.
* Along the way you will see some signs to the waterfalls.
* It isn't hard to find.

The walk is 1Km downhill, short walk but steep and a little hard.
The waterfall is beautiful, and the small pools there are amazing!
VERY VERY recommended!

Drive to Iliochori with car, but careful, there are turtles crossing. The last 5 km of the road is very bad quality. You can stop near a little spring drinking station and a stone house. The hiking way is clearly marked from there, altough only in greek. They say it is 1200m, it seemed definitely more due to ups and downs, it is not an easy hike! I have added some photos about the hiking trail quality and a half rotten wooden bridge so you can see. You can make it, but be careful and wear closed shoes. When you reach the waterfalls you have an amazing view. You can also swim in it but is it freezing cold, so we have only been cooling our feet. It os definitely worth the hike. There is a spring water station half way, and you can clearly see on boards how much hiking is left.

We visited this very nice place after a short walk to the waterfall nearby.
The owner was so nice and friendly and the dishes were simple but well done.
The vegetables were all fresh and everything was very tasty.

Beautiful waterfall

Being the dry month, it was a pleasant surprise to discover the deep blue green pools of this waterfall. It's quite a hike from illiochori village where you park. The waterfall is worth visiting. Please carry water from the village. There are seating picnic area around the waterfall and it is a great place to swim.

Great place to visit, only 30 minutes from Tsepelovo on the road to Konitsa.
