Poça da Dona Beija's ferruginous muds are indicated for cutaneous invigoration, and it's hot waters are therapeutic. All the pools have running water which ensures it's constant renewal. Very scenic collection of thermal pools

Both my children were keen to visit. Much better than I anticipated. At 4 euros each, fairly inexpensive. Only regret, should have visited at night, maybe still will.

I came to this island with some friends to go paragliding and more. We came here almost every night because it was so cheap and so refreshing.

It's a nice experience. You have different tanks with hot water (between 28- 37 degrees) in the middle of nature. Really nice!

If you are looking for privacy, large pools, you will be disappointed as there is crowd all the time. Focusing just on the natural spring and the proclaimed health benefits, It is a very very nice place to go. Changing facility is good but basic ( nothing like Blue Lagoon) hot shower is charged 1 euro, lockers charged too, towels... More

This is something else. Warm thermal pools in a beautifully landscaped garden. Relaxing and very different.

There are multiple small pools, some are hot some are not, make sure not to miss the one with the waterfall and the one 1.3m deep! Highly recommended specially at night (it closes at 23:00)

Poca is a magical place with many different pools to soak in. It was clean and well run with a nice gift shop where we purchased several items. The only suggestion I would make is if you plan on going there in the heat of the summer, go at night when it's cool and the lights are on for atmosphere.... More

You can dip in a series of small hot pools along a little stream erupting from the volcanic soil in the town of Furnas. The place is scenic and easy to access by foot from the local hotels. There are showers and lockers available. A quick dip in several pools would take less than an hour but one can stay... More

This place is lovely. It is also rather small so plan ahead. There is not much parking in the parking lot, but there is plenty of street parking. You may just have to walk a couple blocks but it is worth it. There is a small fee to pay upon entering. There are lockers, changing rooms, restrooms, and showers available.... More
