Lovely beach but a bit of a climb to get there and a lot of steps down to the beach. Thankfully there are resting spots half way down the steps

Expectet a sandy beach . Low tide, lot of rocks. Must be a great place snorkling. Not too crowded. ..

A fabulous beach, very long so you can always find a quiet place to sit and relax. There are one or two restaurants along the beach in case you fancy something to eat or drink

Great beach with lots of room, some big waves which the kids enjoyed. Some problems parking but worth the effort, take food and drink

Dis-organized parking. Drive right up, then back out, because the closer you park the easier. GPS took us on very small narrow farm streets to get there. Its very hilly so try to park as close as possible but be prepared to maneuver and turn...More

The nearby Falesia beach is miles long and very deep when tide is out so there should be plenty of room, although we haven't been in August. Albufeira is much more crowded anyway, even out of season. Hotel has shuttle bus... More
