As others have said, this is not one of the biggest or most impressive waterfalls in the park. However, it's worth seeing b/c part of the attraction of Plitvice is seeing all the lakes and waterfalls, and how they interact with each other.
It's in The Upper Lakes, and therefore most easily/quickly accessed by entering at Gate 2. That said, be sure to check out the Lower Lakes (best accessed by Gate 1) for the aforementioned reason of seeing the lakes system in its entirety.

Off one of the smaller Upper Lakes, this waterfall is lovely with the surrounding beech trees and the lovely lake.

Batinovac waterfall is in the Upper lakes part of the park, not the biggest nor the pretties but still worth a visit. Go to Plitvice you wont regret a minute.
