So much history in such a small museum. From prehistoric ages to Roman era. See the clay goddesses and artifacts that still can be used as contemporary art. Unbelievable.

I thought this visit was excellent. All of the displays were clearly labeled in English and Greek, and all the cases were clean. There were lots of interesting exhibits and it was easy to navigate. Overall a great visit!

The door to the museum was open and there were people at the reception desk. We entered the museum and asked to purchase tickets. We were told that the museum was closed even though it was around 11:00 am. We asked, since everybody was there,...More

It is a pity that so many wonderful historical and artistic pieces are showcased in a dismal environment with unmotivated and ignorant staff. Worth passing by if you are interested in ancient history, but do your own reading beforehand. Pity.
