My husband and I love sparkling wines and were so happy Ana was able to make time to host a private wine tasting. Misal makes only sparkling wines and they are produced by two sisters who are third generation wine makers. We were offered 11 wines to taste. We chose 7 and all were fabulous. We were so impressed with the amazing wines, we went home with 7 bottles of sparkling wine. Ana was delightful and a great host. Don't miss this winery when you are in Istria!

Wonderful Birthday Experience

What a fun experience!! Anna was so knowledgeable. She explained the processes behind each wine and the subtleties between the different grapes used in each of the 12 wines that they produce. The sparkling wines were all unique and each of the 9 of us were able to find something to match our own tastes. We were visiting from the U.S. and celebrating Mom's 85th birthday and this was an experience that contributed to making it super special! Thank you so much!

We were explained by Maria the whereabouts of this excellent winery and sparkling wine production house. The third generations, sisters Catherina and Maria, are managing this fine winery in the Istra province. With tremendous patience and especially passion Maria explain all the important steps of the production line and made the degustation the summum of experience re learned information. Worthwhile to visit as it brings you also in a place outside of the tourist area.

Fantastic sparkling wine

Through narrow and steep roads we went to Misal winery with our camper, and it was worth every inch of the road. We had a very nice tasting with perfect and personal service. And the wines are just great! I highly recommend this place.

Delicious tasting in a great atmosphere

The sparkling wine tasting was really nice. A totally relaxed and lovely atmosphere, very friendly support during the tasting and all the sparkling wines were simply delicious. Absolutely recommended and we would love to come back.
