There was plenty of room and a lot of things to do if you don't like just lying on the beach, such as jungle gyms and exercise equipment, as well as a trail for biking/running. You do have to pay to rent a beach chair,...More

Huge, great sand, clean, and shallow water. Amazing beach when we visited. Seems to be endless and easy to access by car and on foot.

A fantastic long beach with lots of interesting restaurants. It was well sign posted, but well worth a visit. Clean, expansive beaches ideal for families and those wanting some nice to go.

We visited off-season, so there were very few people even on Sunday. We enjoyed space, cleanliness and had a few dips in the sea!

Platja de Gandía is a fantastic beach: long and wide, with fine sand. Sunbeds and umbrella's can be rented at democratic prices. Public toilets (clean!) are available for free 24/7. There are a few xiringuito's on the beach and enough restaurants on the boardwalk.

Fantastic place to spend your days sunbathing and relaxing. The beach can get little crowded in high season.

The Saturday market is in Gandia town not at the playa. It is normally on the serpis car park near the footbridge to the southern end of the paseo.
