This is a "Tram Museum" but for English visitors could think of it as a train museum as we rode on the steam train. Admission gives you an hour or so ride on the steam train too. Great cheap food in the cafe too

This small museum is beautifully set out and the entrance is extremely reasonable - only 12 Euros per adult including an hour ride on the tramway. The history of this tramway is fascinating and, as we were with Dutch friends who remember it running through Rotterdam we got extra information from them. The ride was along the top of the beach and was really lovely.…

Saw the web site and thought it worth a visit. Spot on. Small but all the staff really care about what they do. About half a dozen or so electric trams and steam locomotives with well maintained rolling stock, this was delightful. Going round the exhibitions took about an hour and a half. Around 95% of displays had English translations and was very hands on too. The steam train ride back across the Brouwersdam took about an hour and was really enjoyable with view across the Grevelingenmeer. Great half day out.…
