The harbour berths a lot of boats ranging from fishing boats to large yatchs. The fast ferry and the car ferry dock at different spots. The fast ferry is closer to the Main Street. The waterfront has a good walking surface. Facing the waterfront are...More

This is a very pretty waterfront and with a very classic view of a Greek island. This is where all of the ferries dock. There is good access to the town.

Once again I must say how disappointed we were when we arrived on the beautiful island of Aegina. We wanted to see the monastery of Saint Nectarios and ... we saw a gray taxi at the Port and my husband, who is Greek, went to...More

The Aegina waterfront is very pretty - plenty of seating on benches or in cafes to watch the world go by. Nice views of the boats coming and going. Also nice to see the horses and carts.

The waterfront is quite long and provides a pleasant walk. Lots of shops and good restaurants and bars/cafes.

It is a quaint seaside but not great in the quality of the merchandise. Food is pretty good - fresh and somewhat limited in variety. Nice place to visit and take a sunset stroll.

Aegina is the closest island to Athens with only 1 hour distance by ferry, almost 20 € return tickets. It’s beautiful and lively.

Aegina Island/port is a 1 &1/2 hours fast cat ride from Athens. It's really worth the visit. It's a picturesque waterfront town, lined with a pretty view, lots of restaurants plus an archeological site at one end. Day trip or a couple of days to...More
