On a warm, sunny day this is one of the most beautiful vistas on Planet Earth. The rugged, rocky landscape and verdant green vegetation against the brilliant blue backdrop of the Mediterranean Sea and sky. Stunning! The road itself is a masterpiece of engineering but...More

Would definitely recommend everyone who are visiting Mallorca to go here. Such a beautiful view and also an experience to drive up the road (lots of bikers). You won't regret it!

It doesn't seem to matter what time of day you go, it's so difficult to get here as there is very limited parking at the end. You have to perform a narrow three point turn on the road to get out unless you want to...More

Drove up to the lighthouse and it is a good road but not that wide and popular with cyclists. We were there shortly after 10 am and it was fairly quiet, but got very busy. The cafe has great pastries. Tables get anchored down if...More

Another brilliant place to drive to and well worth the trip for yet more spectacular views of this wonderful place. If you are a cyclist, get yourself peddling this way.....you'll be tired by the time you get here but it will be well worth it.

Who drives own car on the island, rented or a private, should do this trip. Like the saying goes, it is not about the destination but about the journey. First and most important, time it well. Travel either very early in the morning (7?) or...More

Fun drive for the adventurous, there is a free car park at the end which is controlled, so you will eventually get to the end of the queue, approx 30 to 45 minute. Views along the road are great at the end really good. Food...More

I cycled from Port du Pollenca to Cap de Formentor and that was a lovely ride and avoided the massive tailback of motorists. You would need to be a reasonably fit cyclist though. An alternative might be to hire motor... More

You will need to hire a car, it's about a 1hr drive from Palma. You could look at buses but it would be a long (and hot) journey. There is no charge to take in the views.
