Very atmospheric beach! Probably the most atmospheric in Santorini! Worth checking? Due to difficult access not many tourists go there! The only issue is that there are not many places with shadow ( you have to pay for a chair in a bar) so it...More

Quiet pleasant beach, black sand very hot. Can see the Minoan eruption remnants behind the beach which have been eroded into!

Small beach on the south west part of island. Few people here thus we enjoy more peace than the others. Better to drive to this beach

If you want a less crowded and quiet beach then thus is the one for you. Lovely beach and close to where you catch boats for sunset cruises etc

Vlychada is a chill beach with black sand and back stopped by sand swept cliffs. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from the little cafe by the parking lot. Water is wavy, so swimming can be difficult.

Nice quiet beach in Santorini where you can hire sun bed umbrella combo for 10€ a day with beach service. The beach bar serves good sandwiches and beers for a reasonable price!

In the middle of the island we actually drove down to this beautiful black sand beach lined with the volcanic Rocked cliffs, It was cold and windy but their were still sunbathers that realized this is a beach you don't want to miss

I stopped briefly at this beach whilst exploring Santorini island. There's not too much of interest in the off season, just another black sand beach. It was a very windy day when I was there and the beach was almost completely covered in water.

Buses may go from Fira. You could ask at the bus depot, there is a ticket office there. Taxi ? Or you could get a bus to Perissa then take the magic train along to Vhychada. Hope this helps 😊

Hi-There's a bar in the beginning of Vlichada. They have bathrooms there; but you must use their facilities or at least to purchase something at the bar. This beach is amazing because it's natural, quiet and away from the... More
