The Phoenix serves outstanding cod and chips on Weds and Thurs. Very reasonable at €6.50. Highly recommended pub. Very businesslike management and staff with good attitude and attention to detail.

The bar is tucked away near the coast. To find it follow road out of town away from the beach end and the last building is a large supermarket. If you follow the road down the side you will find the Phoenix. Typical pub with pool table and Satellite tv for sport. Beer very reasonable and limited but competitively price choice of food. Pies on menu!
