About Nero Sport Diving Center

My father and I, a fifteen year old girl, did a double dive with Nero Sport in July 2020. It was my first dive after completing the PADI program and so we had asked for some extra help, which we received. The instructors gave clear instructions and were nice. We saw three sea turtles, which was really cool, so overall: a fun dive! It might be useful to be able to speak some German when diving with this center, as all the instructors (at least the ones that we have met) are German, but I presume that their English is also fine.

My 15 year old son and I had little diving experience between us, but we were taught everything we needed in order to do a few dives up to a depth of 12 metres. The team at Nero were so friendly and professional and we felt very safe in their hands. The diving was great fun and it was a hugely enjoyable experience that really made our holiday very special in Zante - thank you! We also can away with licenses so that we can dive anywhere in the world up to 12 metres. This license counts towards the first part of a PADI open water qualification. Great value for money and great team of people. I can't recommend them enough.

Either if you want to first experience diving, or want to have a relaxed diving trip as an experienced diver: this is your place to go. Dennis, Perry and the other crew are very friendly and helpful to facilitate your diving needs. The diving school has a great facility, but also great equipment. Very stable boat, so even if you normally get a little seasick: don't worry. The ambience is very relaxing, and after your diving trip you can crash in their restaurant next door to get some great food, a cold beer or just relax in the shade. Can definitely reccommend!

Excellent diving center, top equipment, well organized. On time, relaxing and no complications. I took one dive only. Pity that there is no life in the Mediterranean sea due to overfishing. I have been diving in Rhodos, Kreta and now Zakynthos, all the same, not one fish left. Greece should start reservation parks where no fishing is allowed.
