Lovely to see all the different attractions that south poland has to offer. All the hand crafted buidlings are great and have so much detail to them. It was a shame that no one spoke english, we could luckily get round with our german language but it could be very difficult if you dont speak polish or german. We didnt get to do a guided tour due to the language barrier. But there is english text infront of each work of art/ building so that was very useful.
It was very hot when we visited and it was busy so not alot of shade to stand/sit in. Inside was nice and cool though and you could buy ice creams if you wanted too. We spent about an hour at the park, the parking spaces are limited, it has a big parking lot but it is shared with the attraction park across the way so there were no spaces available by the time we were leaving.

Interesting place for a visit. Nice for a day trip with kids of all age, especially during the summertime.

This was our second miniature park we visited during that stay in Mysłakowice, and we are so glad, we visited them in that order. This is a propper park, when miniatures are done by hand, by the team of people who put every effort to make them as real, as similar to the original ones as possible - they don't use ready forms made of cheap plastic in China, as they do in other such places. We know that, cos we were allowed to have look into their workshop - it was nearly the closing time, and due to the rainy weather we were the only visitors at the time. The exhibition itself is located on a large parcel of land, bought from bancrupt carpet factory. The heritage buildings are not only carefully recreated in smaller scale, but also their original surroundings is also there, so Śnieżka mountain is a mountain, not only those famous buildings from the top of it, to be honest - large part of Karkonosze mountains is recreated there, with small streams, all mountain huts, and so on. Lower Silesia region was very lucky to have high density of palaces and manors - many of them are miniaturised here. Also castles from further afield. My favoured part was the whole main street from Jelenia Góra, where maintnance people change those little shop windows in line with real changes on that real street. Amazing. There's also a building, with some older models - this time without any settings around them, some of them slightly damaged by weather and then replaced outdoors by new models. Definitelly worth visit.

The fact that all the models are from the area and can be seen in real life, adds to the experience. All the buildings are really detailed and you might get some new ideas fore sightseeing. Of course, it is best to visit in the summer, but even in winter it is worth the while

We visited the Park of Miniatures when we were in the area and were amazed by the quality and craftsmanship of the pieces. What I loved was that the models were all of local or regional castles and buildings. It makes a change because others focus on world famous buildings but the fact that these were relevant to the area was nice. Each model had information in polish, German and English and showed where each building was in 'real life' so you could plan to visit them as part of your trip. The detail and quality of the work was astonishing. I really enjoyed it and even my grumpy 11 year old enjoyed herself which means it must have been good!

I've never seen anything like it, it is absolutely awesome. The entry was 18zl for adults, this included an English speaking guide (other languages available). What these artists have achieved is truly spectacular, the attention to detail is unbelievable, even a pigeon on a window seal. Definitely a must see!!!

We got there by chance, led by sign posts spotted by the road. And we were stunned to see all the amazing miniatures of the Lower Silesia region. Absolutely fabulous care for details, passion and drive made this place come to live. When we first went there it was only open during "summer" period, but as of 2012/2013 this is a whole year attraction (unless heavy snow covers the area :D). The small shop at the entrance sells Czech stuff, such as Krtek/ Krecik/ Little Mole items that are otherwise pretty diffuclt to get in Poland. If you were planning to visit - go ahead, if you are hestiating - hesitate no longer and if you are in the are, but this was not in your plans, please, quickly update your route and see this great small attraction.

Definitely a must visit. Amazing place showing the beautiful buildings of Lower Silesia. Project is still in progress as the number of them is high but there is already a considerable amount of miniatures to see. Good starting point of a trip in Lower Silesia - gives brillant ideas what to visit. Guides are helpful, give a guided tour (included in the ticket) and also provide information what is the current state of the building and can it be visited.

Well worth a visit.
What first strikes you here in peak season is the number of guides, the enthusiasm of everyone and the atmosphere. Its hard to pin down exactly why you like this place. Sure, the miniatures are wonderful and the place is very well kept but thats not it. Park Miniatures at Kowary has atmosphere, care and attention coming out of it and you feel it.
We love the dog mascot and his pictures proudly displayed, looking like a giant against the miniatures. We like the guides who seem endlessly enthusiastic. We like the peaceful garden type atmosphere.
So why not 5 star rating?
Size - ironically the Park itself is very small and an hour in, and you are finished. The Park is probably only 2000m2 at a guess.
According ot what I've heard the owner has no space to expand and effectively is a victim of his own success - and what success - one of the most visited parks in Poland!
So we cant quite give this 5 star but we wholeheartedly recommend it to families. Access is easy too so should be fine for wheelchairs.
