Popped in here for a few cocktails. Service was painfully slow, which was annoying as they insist on doing table service and charging for the privilege. The waitress served people who arrived after us even though she'd seated us so she knew we were there. It felt like she was deliberately avoiding eye contact with us for a long time. Venue is very cozy and there's a nice atmosphere. G&T was very good. Zombie was very watered down. £30 for 2 cocktails and a soft drink meant we didn't stay for another round. Especially when we waited so long to be served. Would give them another chance though.

Been here a few times and the cocktails and service are always excellent. The cocktails are very palatable, well presented and full of alcohol. The tables in the bar are not too close together and you get served at your table. So Bar is in a great location as is in the centre of Richmond and walkable from Kew Gardens. Prices are very reasonable particularly on Saturdays afternoons when you can get two for one.

We have been wanting to come to this bar for years and finally managed to on a Saturday. The bar is so cosy and has a great atmosphere. Staff are wonderful too. Although they can make cocktails off the menu they were underwhelming. Lovingly made but taste wasn't there. Very cheek that they charge you separately each time you order a round so you end up paying service charge several times! Cocktails are pricey.
