Overall a delightful experience of wine tasting, accompanying snacks of meat, cheese and bread, and friendly, open and honest discussion.

During our two week your of northern Italy this was one of the best experiences. The owners, being young and non-pretentious, recieved us with open arms even though we practically "fell" in through the gate. Given a tour of the cellar, we tasted many wines, were always given more than we could honestly consume and also supplied with a myriad of delicious local foods. And all for free! Although we ended up buying some 6 bottles, but is was so good so there was no alternative. Recommended for all people interested in wine, be you completely inexperienced or a wine expert.

I had a chance to visit this winery in a beginning of spring. We had simple , but very tasty picnic with friends , while surrounded by vines that were just springing their small green shoots. Area was full of blooming flowers and the weather was perfect.

First we had a degustation of wines from Cascina La Barbatella and then we bought few wines to enjoy on the picnic. We had also baskets full of gourmet goodies prepared by the owners .

What was most memorable, is the incredible hospitality of the owners. We felt like a part of a family.

Whether you are a wine passionate, professional or just want to simply drink some wine with friends surrounded by beautiful nature - it’s a perfect spot !

Beautiful place and really friendly staff. They were patient with a long delay on our part in starting the tasting, remaining kind and helpful. The idea of a barbecue in the vineyard is truly beautiful. It was all nice except that in the end they accused us of stealing some glasses... For the barbecue they only provided plastic glasses, but when we were leaving the lady came to us asking for the glasses that we couldn't take away (and God forbid!). Too bad the lady hadn't made sure that the glasses hadn't been given to us until during the tasting. When making certain accusations you must make sure they are true otherwise it remains a very serious offense. It would have been better if when we were paying he had asked us for the glasses so we could explain to him that the glasses had never been given to us.

I knew Vigna dell'Angelo and decided to try the other wines. Truly excellent. And all the winery staff are really kind and helpful.
