Came here as part of a day-long trip around northern Estonia, and it was our favorite stop. Picturesque, full of quaint items and is a family home. Grounds go right down to water's edge. Small cafe on site too.

Only worth a stop if you happen to be in the area and are a sea aficionado - a maritime museum, unannotated collection of local marine objects.

Lunchtime stopover with cycling group so had set meal of smoked salmon potatoes tartar ish sauce and salad with coffee tea and cake. All cooked by the family who live there and it was simple but simply delicious. There are 2 dining rooms each for 16 or so and you then get a talk about the history of estonia through WW2 to today the martime tradition etc and then wander thru quite a few rooms with all sorts (65000) of interesting stuff from a loom to a russian soldier image used for shooting practice to seafaring stuff etc. A surprise and a great stopover definately recommended. I think you may have to book meal in advance (€15)…

Interesting little museum. Good meal of smoked salmon provided on our tour. Beach outside was lovely although we were there at twilight on a cold December afternoon!
