We arrived having heard great things about the Santa experience but it went downhill quite quickly.
The train itself is ok but nothing very magical about it. The elves in the sorting office were so annoying and rude. They just shouted at each other and...More
It saddens me to write this review as I have brought my son to see Santa here before and he loved it but it seems the standard has dropped big time or maybe it was just a bad day but it seemed a bit of...More
Totally unsuitable for young children (<4years). As far as I recall there was no age recommendation on the booking page. They were bored at the Mrs Claus section because they didn't understand the jokes or spelling contest. Sorting office wasn't much better. After a long...More

Positives: Staff very polite and entering, Santa gifts very of good quality and age appropriate. Cafe on site was very good.

Very enjoyable, my two 4 yr olds loved it. We booked the 4.30pm slot to get the most out of the lights etc but tbh it's such a long drive and while lovely the lights weren't spectacular so an earlier slot would be fine, plus...More
Booked very last minute, so didn't really know what to expect. We have twin girls nearly 2. What a disappointing morning. We were all families with very young kids as it was school time. Standing in the station we had to learn a dance to...More
