We (2 couples) rented beach chairs from Rico near Juju’s on this beautiful beach on Alleyne’s Bay. We were able to rent 7 days for the price of 6 at $45 per day per couple USD. Our chairs were very comfortable, always where we requested....More
We rent umbrellas and chairs at the various beaches we visit. Rico has extremely clean and comfortable chairs with pads that are comfortable and not ripped, umbrellas that are terrific, and for the first time in Barbados, the umbrellas were relocated in mid afternoon to...More

Lots to recommend about this beach. Not too busy and doesn't seem to get flooded with cruise boat tourists. There is some natural shade but also some very clean and comfortable loungers and umbrellas for Bd$45 from Marc and his team, all nice guys. (This...More

Hi, taxis are expensive. We travel on the government buses and the yellow buses = $1 US for every trip pp. Very occasionally we would take a cab as a treat. Rico can get you good prices. The local beer is Banks and cost $5 US for 4. You can have a reasonable holiday here if you choose not to eat out all the time. It is the perfect place to go around Christmas. You will have a great time. Good luck with your choice!
