We rent umbrellas and chairs at the various beaches we visit. Rico has extremely clean and comfortable chairs with pads that are comfortable and not ripped, umbrellas that are terrific, and for the first time in Barbados, the umbrellas were relocated in mid afternoon to...More

Lots to recommend about this beach. Not too busy and doesn't seem to get flooded with cruise boat tourists. There is some natural shade but also some very clean and comfortable loungers and umbrellas for Bd$45 from Marc and his team, all nice guys. (This...More

This beach is wonderful for walking and swimming, there are also plenty of sun loungers for hire if you need them. The beach boys (no ladies yet) must be some of the politest on the island, nothing is too much trouble for them. We brought...More

Alleynes was our local beach during our stay at nearby Sugar Hill Resort and we loved it. Early Oct is definitely ‘low’ season so wonderfully quiet but Freddie (the beach chair man) was really welcoming and looked after us on several days. Top Deck and...More

This beach was recommended by my taxi driver as we wanted somewhere quite and be able to get into the sea. This fitted our wishes,45 Barbados Dollars for 2 chairs and a umbrella for the day.

For facilities, views, swimming and peace this was our favourite all rounder. Has beds for hire, shower, beach bar, and good for swimming. Also can pop to lone star if fancy a treat.

Yes Jujus is next to The Lone Star, I would say you are a 20 - 30 minute drive from the port. Think the chairs on the beach were about 20 BBD each in Jan 18
