Me and my husband have been here twice, both times full body massage but different types. The first time was perfect - girls have strong but gentle hands, they created a very relaxing atmosphere and were professional and precise. Unfortunately, boys were a bit too rough, talked to each other and didn't silence their phones... Though the massage itself is very good! We only recommend to take a girl masseuse!

Don’t know what the few wingers were on about QSpa staff were welcoming, attentive and gave their best and considering we paid $25USD for 2 x 1 Hour foot reflexology and head / shoulder massage that were one of the best we have had in many years.
Then when the power went out for a 10 min period (as it does regularly in P Q) they had their teenage son fanning us until the power came back on.
Where do you get that kind of customer service for the price?
We are planning to fit as many visit in as possible before we leave.

Stopped in for lip/brow wax on my way to restaurant.
Ladies were very friendly and waxing was quick and inexpensive.
Recommended if you are in area.

QSpa or Tam Tran Spa (opposite Richis Hotel)
My husband went for a 90min full body massage while I went for a leg wax, underarm wax and a facial.
They didn’t have leg wax on their price list and when we asked we understood that it would be around 300k vnd. The girl started with my facial and the next moment another girl started with my leg wax. This was quite irritating as I couldn’t relax and enjoy the facial since she kept waxing and then taking tweezers pinching me every now and again. I also told her on 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS that the wax was too hot and it was burning me.
45min later she was still waxing my legs... (below the knee to above the ankle - i get 3/4 leg and underarm wax done back home in 20min max)
The facial was done (or maybe not... not sure) and then I was asked to turn around. The uncomfortable positions she had my legs in while waxing I wasn’t sure what else there was left to wax at the back!
The wax was so hot AGAIN that I just couldn’t take it any more! I asked her to remove it and then got up and walked out. She just said ‘sorry’ like every other time I told her that it was TOO HOT! I was and still am so furious! It was sooo painful! And I am not overreacting as I’ve been going monthly for my wax at home for the last 10+ years and have never ever had this problem!
Once my husband was done they gave him the bill - 600k vnd for my wax!!! This is more than double I pay back home!!!
I am not sure if this was the girl’s first time waxing, but this was completely unacceptable! It’s been 2 and a bit hours and my legs are still tender!
Whatever you do, DO NOT WAX AT THIS PLACE!

I came to Qspa a bit early, they hadn't opened yet however the lady offered me a nice green tea and provided service right after that. I couldn't expect any more professional service than that. A service was excellent.

Waxing was good en quick done! Later we went for a massage. The massage was Very strong en deep, oil smells lovely and the girls are friendly. Would recommend! Price for a 60min massage was 320K VND. Don’t expect a luxury spa and high quality products, but the ladies are doing it good and with a smile on their face. That’s important!

Had hour body massage and could not fault it. Massage not much different to Ven Spa which I found excellent as well.

I had a waxing here and I really regret it!
Very expensive compare to other places in Vietnam and very unprofessional, I ended up burnt and they didn’t even got rid of all the hairs! They took ages and didn’t seem to know what they were doing till in one point I had 3 women doing my waxing, so invasive. I really can’t recommend this place your skin and pocket will thank you for it

During the massage worker stole some money from our wallet which was underneath the clothes next to the massage table. Treatment otherwise was ok but both massagers made some phone calls during the massage and did not concentrate at all. We never got our money back even when we noticed the theft right away and confronted them.
