The Aphrodite facilities offer a wide range of indoor and outdoor pools - cold and hot ones with artificial waterfalls, jacuzzi etc. There are saunas too and the dry sauna is a no swimwear zone (towels only or naked). I am not really fan of this and would prefer if people could wear at least towels. The outside pool changes light colours transforming the pool into a very magical place especially during late hours (after 7). the atmosphere is just great, superb for couples! there is caffee inside and also outside offering amazing ice cream, well worth the price! the ice cream must be consumed in the caffee but you can enter only in your swimwear. the ice cream is served in small jars which you can keep...making it a very nice souvenir. The staff is not very polite mainly around the closing time when they speak to customers or about customers in a not polite way (even rude or swearing words!)..basically - just to get rid of people in a pool. I believe that a nice announcement of closing time or staff kindness would be a much better option . There are many restaurants near by, it is a great location.

Aphrodite spa is a place where you can enjoy thermal pools located indoors and outdoors. Do no be afraid to try the outdoor pools with extra hot and extra cold water located next to each other - you will get unforgettable experience. The spa though is quite expensive, if you are not staying at the aphrodite hotel.

Really great place for relax, saunas and exterior hot swimming pools are great. Only bad points for little bit overrated price for this region standards and overdo with artificial antique greek decorations (I guess even in all Athens you don't find as many sculptures like in there)

Lovely place, numerous pools at various temperatures, also sauna and massage facilities, but very expensive. A session with sauna was 50 euros, without sauna was 22 euros. There’s also a bar and restaurant there, but we didn’t try these.

We visited on the 12th July
Experienced very bad service at a restaurant.
The lunch us a free buffet .the hotel cinsidered of 4 or five stars.however no one speaks any other language than Slovakian the staff cannot speak one word of english.and laugh at you when you are experiencing difficulty to buy food for the kids.never experienced such rude attitude.
Never experienced sych an expensive spa or restaurant when no one wants to help you purchase lunch fir your own money.
Avoid the rudeness and unpleasent feeling by avoiding the spa and the restaurant
It is time for thw.management
To employ staff who know utleast 10 words in english

I was not guest in the hotel, I would like to comment only the SPA. What is unbelievable there is, that even though you pay 25 euros for 3 hours, there is not included any towel! If you need another piece of sheet to the sauna, you have to pay 1 euro for each piece!!! This is so poor and I have not seen such attitude all over the places I have visited.

I must give them "poor" rating. They got the best chances to be a really good spa. The pools are located in lovely area, water is healthy. If you sit outside in the night, the atmosphere is magical.
But:
- design doesn´t fit to that region. I do not understand why they want to show off and look like russian-style-over-decorated place
-lady at a cash desk was really beautiful in her antique dress but expression of her face meant that she must suffer while serving customers
-lady at changing rooms definitely hated almost everyone. As we entered she was angrily talking to herself. We were pretty confused because we had no idea what wrong we had made. Later on, my locker was unable to open. She started yelling at me that I hadn´t closed it properly, then that I probably mixed-up number of my locker. Anyway, even as she used her badge, the locker couldn´t be opened. Then she called maintenace and yelled at ladies there to immediately leave because a man will come (???). No apology, just impolite yelling. After my locker was forced open, she complained that it was expensive.... To be honest, it is not my problem that their equipment is not working well. In the end, as I was leaving , she was telling off a polish girl complaing about towel. Definitely, this lady shouldn´t work here.
-dirty changing rooms - why there is no place where you can remove your shoes before entering changing rooms? Then, you must stand on dirty floor barefooted.
-I haven´t noticed anyone cleaning floors. Indoors and outdoors as well. Outside floor was really slippery as tiles got wet (actually flooded). No-one removed water...
-they should limit entrance for kids, for example allow them until 8pm. It is very unpleasant to be annoyed by screaming kids jumping almost on your head while you want to relax in the darkness. You pay 16 EUR per 2 hours (weekend) - for that price I want to be pampered, not ruined after visit.

Way too expensive for slovakia.
a whole day salary for many people.
around 60 euro with extra saunas for 2 people for some hours is too much.
