This was our 3rd visit to Barbados and we never really fancied Oistins and being all inclusive didn't see the point of spending extra money on food. So this visit we thought let's go and sample some fresh grilled fish. I recommend Fred's the food was great and so was the service. Value for money, located opposite KFC. we saw... More

This was a great experience. It's a fish market that turns into one big party on Fridays. There are food stands side by side by side with tables everywhere. You have your pick of local foods-every booth has their own tastes so it's worth a few trips. DJ's and dancing in the middle some trinket vendors along the side. Great... More

Went to Chilln n Grillin and food was really tasty and very reasonably priced comparing to what restaurants charge here. Portions were huge, atmosphere was also amazing with loud music and stalls with souvenirs. Also worth coming before 6pm to see a sunset from the pier and then enjoy the fish. The later you go the longer the wait.

Went down to Oistins Fish fry on the Friday night. Loads of tourists and locals everywhere and even more options for food to eat. We got in at a table fairly quickly at the center of the crowd in between the two djs. Food was quick to us and extremely tasty. Loved the Bajan macaroni pie!! Will be back for... More

Went with a group of my friends. Reasonably priced and friendly. Service wasn't the quickest. Would certainly recommend the flying fish. Very tasty. Local dancers were fantastic

Oisins on a Friday night is a bit of a tradition in Barbados. We made the mistake of going with our 2 year old. It was far too noisy and too many people for us to enjoy the evening with a restless toddler in tow. That said, I'd happily go back to Oistins with our older children who are in... More

It's very busy ; remember they serve fish most nights; best way to get there by bus or taxi. It's very commercial vibes; if you hate crowds ; go on a less busy evening . Try flying fish or dolphin ( a white fish; similar to sea bass fillets).
