Not one single time did we hear I am bored! they loved every single minute, trying all the water sports for free, having their first skiing lesson and being able to have their... More

There are so many options in the Aviemore area for things to do it is easy to spend a small fortune in a week. We've just enjoyed a fantastic day at Loch Insh which included a wide range of water sports packaged as a competitive all-in one day pass for £25 per child. At extra cost you can opt for... More

Not cheap. I felt a bit overwhelmed initially with pricing and options. Basically, pay up and enjoy. My husband and I re- discovered our sailing basics after a family Sea-Farer trip with instructor Sam. I couldnt have been more delighted with his approach. He was absolutely brilliant with our kids x4 between 3 and 11 yrs old. I think I... More

So Dad and kids go Kayaking (very reasonable hire charge incl wetsuits) I head for coffee in the bar. Perfect cappuchino and the best fruit scone ever!!. Simple but effective wooden surroundings, very peaceful. All family happy.

...than before! Now this is a review of the restaurant at Loch Insh. The waterworks facility also rates a 'very good', although it is a year or so since I have hired kayaks from them. But to the restaurant. It is that now, whereas previously I would have called it a cafe. So what has changed? Table service, better menu,... More

We took our grandkids windsurfing and they had such a great time we did it again a few days later. The instructors were very good with them and looked after the seven-year olds very well. They have inflatable windsurfers for the young ones which give them a pretty stable platform.

Great food perfect location and a first class venue for your children to have supervised water sports. My shy 10 yr old had an absolute ball for the day. Well worth the money.
