So much Disney! My partner and I visited thee day we arrived in Paris and it was a great start to the trip. We managed to get all our souvenirs before we went into the parks meaning we didn't have to carry them around all day. Definitely a must visit either before or after your park days.

Great store, got lots of things at the end of the day, as most things are here. Not everything though so you still have to shop around. Will be back again during our stay. It’s Disney so that make shopping easy, but obviously it’s not a cheap place to be.

Probably the best place to get near enough anything Disney related. Excellent and polite staff who all speak a verity of different languages.
The shop isn’t actually in the Disney park but instead in the village meaning it’s accessible without park tickets and is open after the park closes but usually mobbed at this time.
Infinity annual pass holders can claim their discount here bringing the price down to something a little more reasonable. This may not be the cheapest shop in the park area but is one of the best and has very little hassle with plenty of room to move and not be stood on whilst shopping.

Endless queues in midweek January, not during school holidays. Stressful app called LineBerty to see my grandaughter's favourite charachter Olaf. 300 places went in 10 seconds (so the staff told us) and only 4 opportunities in 2 days to see him. We ended up using 2 phones constantly refreshing and finally got to see him at final opportunity. Long queues to meet all the characters, who i have to say were lovely and chatted with her for a good few minutes. It rained on the first day so very few characters were available. Why not have more of them? And have them inside instead of queuing in the rain. Its Paris so the weather can't have come as a surprise to them. It was quite stressful and we spent alot of time on the phone booking these meetups. Same for rides. Long queues except for early morning in Magic hour. I found it strange that more than half the queues were adults with no kids. Even the Dumbo ride and rockets and meeting the characters. Little people cant go on the big rides but apparently adults can go on the kids rides.
Theres nowhere to sit when its raining and 10 hours on your feet is harsh for adults let alone young children. When we finally got on the rides they were great as were meeting the characters, but incredibly tiring for us all. You cant take food into the park, but the options are expensive and very limited especially for vegetarians. Chips, hot dogs, sandwiches apart from restaurants that needed to be reserved in advance. We were told to book the Auberge de Cendrillon in order to see the beloved Princesses. Nobody knew how many princesses, or which ones (ppl said 4) and it cost 77€ each. Bit much for lunch on top of everything else. We didnt book it so cant comment.
The parades were beautiful on the fine day, but poor on the rainy day. Im surprised at the lack of organization considering Disney is supposed to be a magical fun destination. The firework display was on at 8pm, by which time our little one had asked to go home as her legs were aching.
All in all it was a memorable trip but could have been so much happier if the organization could be improved.

Great place
Kids loved it
Que for min 1 hour per ride
Expensive
Be prepared to spend vast amounts of money in a very short time! Everything costs and massively! Evening meal is min €30-€50 per person per main course - nothing else! We worked it out for a family of four (our young son does not eat much either ) it would have been €130 per night just for us to have 1 main meal each
Characters are around all the time but again you have to wait for min 1 hour for a photo - and charged for it.

Not as big as the shop in DisneyWorld Florida, and without the US staff enthusiasm, but we picked up what we needed and the queues were quiet which was a relief.

First time ever in a Disney Theme Park

(THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE)

Beautiful place and very clean, sadly can not say the same about the employees.

Lets start of with the security, instead of helping us they were rude and told us it was not their problem that we couldn't find a cash machine (because they where all broken) they were rude and very unhelpful.. I obviously was in shock at the way I was being spoken to, DUTY MANAGER would not tell us his name! Did not have a name badge and was extremely rude and scary not the sort off person who should be working in Disney Land! When I asked for his name he quickly became aggressive and did not tell us his name!

This is just upsetting ..

Only one gentlemen helped us with directions and seemed happy to help and spoke good english and DID NOT ignore us - this man was an example of how Disney employees should be.

The park in general was great, amazing but I felt that the employees really did ruin my Disney Land Paris experience and that is what really upsets me, a place like Disney needs employees who are passionate about working within such an environment instead I was scared to approach an employee because every other person which I had approached were rude and did not want to help at all ..

Pay for service... I feel like I just wasted my money really, its expensive but thats not the case its the people who have been employed that makes everything seem worst, they are intimidating and even the people who are meant to be greeting u are being very rude and it can not be because they are tired I arrived when the park opened.

I am just so disappointed, all my life it was a dream to go Disney Land Paris and now I finally went I wish I hadn't its disheartening for me as I AM IN LOVE with anything Disney!

I tried to enjoy myself but just kept thinking about how horrible I was being treated that it just put a massive downer on the day.

Disney is meant to be about laughing, friendship and being friendly to each other and always helping people out! That is what Walt Disney intended, instead we arrive to a park filled with just horrible villains and no nice civilised people.

I genuinely think a lot of people here need to be trained because if they are rude to me and I AM VERY KIND, then how many other people are they being rude too?

Just wish I was being taken serious by its employees instead of being pushed and told to go away and having them give me dirty looks because I don't speak French.

Never will I go back, never, ever!

Too much disappointment for a day so glad to be home, have been to so many countries and theme parks and France/Paris which I thought was gonna be amazing turned out to be the worst thing to happen to me and that hurts me inside because I really wish I enjoyed it.

Good selection of merchandise from across both the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios compiled into one place. Staff are very friendly.

A huge one stop shop for all your Disney needs! With items ranging from stationary to clothings; though as it is Disney it means two things: firstly everything was super expensive and secondly it was jam packed you could barely move!

All the gift you could want and the staff were great when I presented a basket full of delicate baubles that needed wrapping. I would recommend going in the day and not after the illuminations as the crowds pile in there and it’s just rammed and shelves emptied like a Black Friday sale, completely different to in the day time.
