Endless queues in midweek January, not during school holidays. Stressful app called LineBerty to see my grandaughter's favourite charachter Olaf. 300 places went in 10 seconds (so the staff told us) and only 4 opportunities in 2 days to see him. We ended up using 2 phones constantly refreshing and finally got to see him at final opportunity. Long queues to meet all the characters, who i have to say were lovely and chatted with her for a good few minutes. It rained on the first day so very few characters were available. Why not have more of them? And have them inside instead of queuing in the rain. Its Paris so the weather can't have come as a surprise to them. It was quite stressful and we spent alot of time on the phone booking these meetups. Same for rides. Long queues except for early morning in Magic hour. I found it strange that more than half the queues were adults with no kids. Even the Dumbo ride and rockets and meeting the characters. Little people cant go on the big rides but apparently adults can go on the kids rides. Theres nowhere to sit when its raining and 10 hours on your feet is harsh for adults let alone young children. When we finally got on the rides they were great as were meeting the characters, but incredibly tiring for us all. You cant take food into the park, but the options are expensive and very limited especially for vegetarians. Chips, hot dogs, sandwiches apart from restaurants that needed to be reserved in advance. We were told to book the Auberge de Cendrillon in order to see the beloved Princesses. Nobody knew how many princesses, or which ones (ppl said 4) and it cost 77€ each. Bit much for lunch on top of everything else. We didnt book it so cant comment. The parades were beautiful on the fine day, but poor on the rainy day. Im surprised at the lack of organization considering Disney is supposed to be a magical fun destination. The firework display was on at 8pm, by which time our little one had asked to go home as her legs were aching. All in all it was a memorable trip but could have been so much happier if the organization could be improved.

Good selection of merchandise from across both the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios compiled into one place. Staff are very friendly.

A huge one stop shop for all your Disney needs! With items ranging from stationary to clothings; though as it is Disney it means two things: firstly everything was super expensive and secondly it was jam packed you could barely move!

All the gift you could want and the staff were great when I presented a basket full of delicate baubles that needed wrapping. I would recommend going in the day and not after the illuminations as the crowds pile in there and it’s just rammed and shelves emptied like a Black Friday sale, completely different to in the day time.
