Welcome to InFusion, a school of traditional Thai cuisine and Thai vegan cuisine in Koh Samui. Nearly 200 dishes on the menu! The courses take place in a traditional Thai house, fully air-conditioned. The school is surrounded by an organic garden: herbs, vegetables, fruit trees and edible flowers. We are food lovers and, like all people who love with sincerity, we enthusiastically share our culinary know-how. Chef Praiwan shared a lot of passion, calmly explaining all the ingredients at the fresh market, as well as during the course, giving endless tips on how to execute the recipe. I felt very welcomed by Stephanie , all the mise en place for the recipes were perfectly set. Such a great energy , ccouldn't recommend highly enough :)

Picked up on time from hotel and taken to a local market where Chef taught us about Thai vegetables, spices and methods of cooking, Saw some authentic ingredients. The travelled to his place for a great cooking class with Stephanie making curry and noodle soup. We learnt a lot in a short space of time and enjoyed a wonderful lunch made up of our gastronomic creations. Thank you so much - one of the highlights of our trip to Samui

We (2 couples) DONT RECOMMEND the cooking class. The chefcook himself was friendly and had a lot knowledge about thai food and herbs. But during the cooking we got interrupted 2 times in a very unfriendly way from some blond french speaking Lady (probably the owner). Because we did some cookingmove not the right way! Thats why we went there...to learn the cooking. Thats a total NO GO!!! After that we could not enjoy our prepared meals anymore. 2 of us had some stomach Problems after the dinner(probably the chicken was not good) So better go somewhere else for a cooking class :)

Really well prepared class. From the moment we arrived we were given welcome drinks and taken through the garden to see what the local thai herbs looked like. Afterwards, we moved across to the kitchen to begin the step by step instruction on how to make a massaman curry. It was broken down well and delivered in a concise and relaxed manner. There is plenty of space to work at your own station and learn from the chefs, with lots of opportunity for discussion and questions. Later on we moved onto a chicken pad thai dish which was scrumpeous! Stepphanie was kind enough to leave us with departing gifts, palm sugar and butterfly flower! Very good value for money! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

When we arrived at the food market of Bophut, chef Praiwan was waiting for us. He took us through the market where he showed us (and let us taste) the various herbs, dishes and curry paste. On his tuktuk he took us to the house, which is located behind the market. We were welcomed by chef Stephanie with drinks and then our class started under the great and fun guidance of chef Praiwan. Even if you have two left hands in the kitchen like me, it is great fun and you learn. This was a real lovely experience. Thank you chef Praiwan and Stephanie!
