The guys did a great job. Bought a suit and shirt which both fit great. The tailor even made the long trip to our hotel on the other side of the island.

I was happy with the linen trousers, suit and 2 of the four shirts. After plenty of fittings you still did not get the trousers for the other suit right neither did the 2 remaining shirts fit correctly. What can be done now that I am leaving first thing in the morning and it's now to late for you to fix them??
I have left them at the hotel for you to do with them as you wish and I will be looking to get my money back. What happend to customer satisfaction or the golden rule of the customer is always right?
I hope this problem can be revolved promptly.

Shyam and Ram took care of everything. La Moda’s expert staff and tailors - combined with their superior material quality - make for an amazing final product. I got two suits and four shirts custom-made for the price of one suit in the U.S.
Shyam came to our hostel outside of the city in order to do a second sizing and save us the trip and taxi.
Plus, they keep your size information so you can have perfectly fitted, inexpensive suits made and sent to you. Could not be happier with the process and final product. Absolutely recommend.

See Mr Vijay for excellent service. We had 4 suits and 15 shirts made. Initial measure was done in store and then Mr Vijay drove to the other end of Koh Samui to our resort for fitting. Quality is amazing.

The service was great and the quality of the work is pretty good. The owner does insist on you giving him a rating before you walk out the door though.

Loads of tailors up and down Chaweng so hard to know where to choose. Went with La Moda because Shyam and Vijay seemed jay best and helpful, an they were. Took 3 pairs of trousers initially but after just one firing they nailed what I wanted so took 3 shirts. All excellent quality and perfectly fitted, I'll 100% come back. Martin
